Fabrizio ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben gute Tipps bekommen und uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft ist gleich nebenan, bis zum See sind es 5 min zu Fuß. Dort gibt es sehr leckeres Eis. Pella ist ein reizendes Örtchen. Wer es etwas ruhiger mag, ist dort richtig. Wir haben die Tage genossen.

Es ist nett dort!

Das Appartement liegt optimal zentral im Ort. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Garten, der kaum einsehbar ist und in dem man sich gerne aufhalten mag. Um die Ecke gibt es eine sehr leckere Pizza und 5 Minuten weiter das beste Eis der Welt. Fabricio ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Wir mussten leider früher abreisen und er kam uns finanziell entgegen.

Entspannung in Pella

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Fabrizios Wohnung sehr genossen! Der Garten ist sehr schön und wunderbar geeignet zum Sonnenbaden und Grillen. Wir wurden mit einem köstlichen Wein und herzlich empfangen! Die Ferienwohnung liegt ideal und nur 1 Minute von der schönen Promenade in Pella entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Pizzabäcker und einen Tante-Emma-Laden – sehr gut, um morgens Brötchen und abends einen kleinen Snack zu genießen. In ein beziehungsweise drei Minuten Gehweg befinden sich zwei gute Restaurants und eine Eisdiele. Die Ferienwohnung von Fabrizio war sehr sauber, sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Einziges Manko war, dass im Nachbarhaus eine Restaurant ist, dessen Lagerfläche direkt an den Garten grenzt. Daher kommt es für Frühschläfer zu Lärmbelästigung (meist gegen 23/24 Uhr, wenn das Altglas entsorgt wird), was uns allerdings nicht davon abhalten würde, diese Wohnung zu empfehlen. Wir hatten dort zwei wunderbare Wochen!

Tutto meno che relax

I presupposti erano molto belli dalle immagini, ma arrivati, la camere da letto affacciano su una cucina di un ristorante da poco ristrutturato con un enorme sfiatatoio H24 a 65 db e distanza non più due metri dalle finestre della camere. In più il personale di cucina a parlare fino all ' una di notte, fumando, spostando cassette di bibite, perché lì, sempre sotto le finestre c' è il deposito, ad aria aperta delle bevande e delle bottiglie vuote, nonche dei bei sacchi di immondizia in bella mostra. Lo stesso giardino era invivibile per il costante rumore del " tubo" aspiratore, in funzione, a manetta anche di notte, quasi sempre. Con un notevole inquinamento acustico. L' esperienza è stata pessima, l' annuncio deve essere modificato perché è tutto meno che un posto di relax. Anzi è impossibile dormire fino alle due di notte. Considerato il prezzo della struttura, quasi 100 euro solo per dormire ( peraltro impossibile), non abbiamo trovato un solo detergente per la casa, né un detersivo per la lavatrice. Un soggiorno da incubo!

Relax!

La casa è confortevole, pulita e silenziosa, il giardino è molto ben curato, perfetto per i bambini per giocare (ma anche per i grandi, per mangiare all’aperto e rilassarsi). Lucia e Fabrizio sono padroni di casa davvero ospitali, mai invadenti, e molto simpatici!

Schöne Ferienwohnung für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Wir waren mit 4 Personen und einem Hund für eine Woche in Pella. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mit kleinem Minimarkt direkt vor dem Haus in dem man schnell kleine Einkäufe erledigen kann. Zum See sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet mit allen notwendigen Gegenständen. Es fehlte uns eigentlich nur eine Microwelle. Auch der Garten ist sehr gepflegt mit Gartenmöbel u. Grill. Vom Vermieter wurden wir herzlich empfangen und auch während unseres Aufendhaltes war er immer für uns da. Es war also ein rundum erholsamer Urlaub für uns alle!

Peace, beauty and wonder

We had a lovely 4 day stay in Pella in early October at the end of our 2 week Italian tour. We'd had a busy time and Pella was just the perfect ending to our trip. The village is beautiful with just the right amenities to get by, the local shop is next door and has all the essentials, anf there are 2 restaurants and a gelateria by the lakeside. The appartment is well equipped and comfortable adn Fabrizio was the perfect host, with his son even coming to pick us up from the railway station! I recommend Pella highly and we look forward to coming back again

Au coeur de Pella, à quelques mètres du lac et de ses vues!

2e séjour dans cette maison typique d'Italie, toujours très propre et calme (on y dort très bien). Située à quelques mètres de la place, au bord du lac, vue sur l'île et les montagnes autour. On ne s'en lasse pas!

Tutto perfetto!

La casa è ancora meglio di come appariva nelle foto, con un bellissimo e comodo giardino dove bimba e cane hanno potuto giocare in sicurezza. La posizione è fenomenale, proprio all'inizio della zona pedonale: parcheggi la macchina vicino e in pochi passi ti trovi sul lungo lago e alla fermata dei traghetti per l'Isola di San Giulio e Orta. Il Sig. Fabrizio e la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi e mai invadenti. Sicuramente torneremo.

Good Place to Stay

Pella is a charming quiet small village on the edge of Lake Orta. Casa Lucia was very well appointed with every thing you need. The Garden with BBQ was lovely, two minutes walk and you were at the Lake with Ferry over to Orta San Guilio. The second bedroom is a good size but its outlook is a roof , the front bedroom is lovely with view over Garden and a balcony. Friendly hosts with a welcome bottle of wine .

Een topper

Na een weekje in de bergen is dit voor ons de ideale plek om uit te rusten. Een mooi, gezellig huis met alles erop en eraan en een rustige tuin midden in dit kleine dorp. De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk, warm en gedienstig maar discreet. De inkopen deden we bij onze buur, een mini-market waar veel te krijgen is en je ook kunt bestellen wat niet aanwezig is. Het huis is koel en goed ingericht, de tuin aan de noordkant geeft verkoeling en heeft een overdekt zit-hoekje vlakbij de BBQ waar het 's avonds gezellig vertoeven is. Het dorp is rustig maar de omgeving heeft alles, zowel voor liefhebbers van sport, natuur als cultuur. Met de tandem hebben we veel plezier beleefd . Het water van het meer is heel helder , warm en geweldig om in te zwemmen, de strandjes zijn eerder klein. De pendelboot brengt je voor enkele euro's naar het mooie en drukkere Orta San Giulio aan de overzijde van het meer. Kortom, de ideale plek voor wie van rust houdt en het grote toerisme wil vermijden .

We zijn heel tevreden! De eigenaars zijn super vriendelijk en gastvrij. We voelden ons er direct thuis. Het huisje is klein, pittoresk, heel gezellig en compleet ingericht. Het was zo net, verzorgd en proper! Dat is de eerste keer dat ik dat mee maak sinds we reizen en huizen huren. Het huis bevindt zich nabij het plein aan het meer, waar lekkere pizza en heerlijk ijscrème kan gegeten worden! Voor de jongens was het bij eerste kennismaking wat ontgoochelend dat ze ter plaatse niet in het water mochten, maar toen bleek dat het strandje toch niet zo ver af was... Het water was heerlijk! aangename temperatuur, lekker verfrissend. Heel zuiver en helder, we zwommen tussen de vissen en konden de bodem van het meer zien. Het is er rustig en niet te toeristisch, wat voor ons een topper is. Het kleine supermarktje, vlak aan het huis, bood ons wel het nodige in geval dat we iets zouden vergeten zijn, maar we verkozen toch om onze inkopen te doen in de MD Market, in Gozzano, op een dik kwartier rijden. De bakker met het voor ons lekkerste brood vonden we in het nabijgelegen dorp San Maurizio d'Opaglio. De markt in Omegna was redelijk uitgebreid en bood leuke lederwaren, lekkere groenten en fruit, kledij en allerlei kleine spulletjes waar we konden in snuisteren. Dank aan de eigenaars voor hun joviale ontvangst en we hopen op een weder terugzien een volgende keer.

"La Casa Lucia est un vrai paradis pour qui souhaite passer des vacances dans un petit village tranquille à l''abri du tourisme de masse, au charme très italien, à la douce torpeur du Sud et juste au bord du Lac d'' Orta, petit bijou du Piémont, encore très authentique. Demander aux enfants de dire ce qu''ils ont préféré: ils répondent qu''ils ont tout aimé. La casa Lucia à Pella, c''est aussi simple que ça. Rien ne manque, la maison est spacieuse, confortable, le jardin adorable.La chambre parentale offre le bruit du ruisseau qui passe derrière la maison. Le lac est à 2 pas et les enfants peuvent descendre la rue, traverser la place piétonnes et piquer une tête près de l''embarcadère en contemplant Isola di San Giulio! Le ferry ou le bateau taxi vous y attendent aussi pour une traversée qui vous dépose à Orta en à peine 10 minutes.Mais la Casa Lucia, c''est d''abord la famille Poli qui vous accueille les bras ouverts et qui permet de vous sentir chez vous dès les premiers instants. merci de tout notre cœur pour ces vacances merveilleuses.Tom, Zoé, Serge et Agnès."
