"Our bathroom was exceptionally clean …thank you housekeeping! The bed was comfortable as well as Pillows/sheets/blankets… there are plenty of lights and outlets. Our first room, the tv didn’t work properly & the staff immediately moved us down the hall. Love the coffee machine & the husband enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Front desk staff friendly & professional, thank you. This location exceeded our expectations & highly recommend staying here"

"The staff was outstanding! Friendly, helpful and responsive - they were a pleasure. Water pressure was not existent. The sink in our room barely trickled out - making it useless. The shower was a heavy mist. The shower drain did not work - it took 1/2 a day to drain. But the bed was good and staff friendly."

"Very clean. Super friendly staff. Very nice bathroom with refrigerator in the room. Lots of restaurants and convenience shopping nearby. Breakfast food & coffees kept needing replenishing and front desk staff pulled double duty to do the replenishment. Maybe get dedicated breakfast staff. "

"Love the complimentary dinners and breakfast. Staff were so helpful, friendly and professional. The beds very comfortable. Could use a good detailed dusting in the rooms though. "

"The overall cleanliness of my room was subpar. There was hair, caked up dust and trash in my bathroom. The tub was very slippery, myself and grandchildren slipped several times while bathing. Several chips were under and behind the chair by the bed. The room felt pretty crowded for it to be for 4 people. We booked this hotel primarily for indoor pool to which after we paid we were informed that the heater was broken so the pool was not going to be warm. The description of the room states there is a sofa bed but there was not. The photos didn't show one either. Most hotels have a microwave in the room this one did not. The rooms are stated to be family friendly however if you cannot heat up snacks in your room how is that family friendly? The smoke free rooms several people who were smoking Marijuana. Not only in the rooms but outdoors behind the ac unit aswell. Needless to say my overall stay was eeeehh. I will not book here again. "
