There aren't a lot of options on Pemba, and of course Aiyana and Manta are the premium (and very expensive) places to stay on the northern end. Expedia's webpage description of hotel is wrong

Expedia said flights included in the price, booked two flights, hotel from 12/26/17 to 1/02/2018, only trouble there was a third flight required at a cost of $360US not include in the price, yet it said flights included,. That is where the trouble began. We couuld not get to the Hotel as booked, ...
