"Newly refurbished rooms were really nice, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is also a bar/pub/restaurant. We ate at the restaurant and the food was decent. There was entertainment in the evening which was loud and we were concerned that it might disturb our sleep, but once back in the room, we couldn’t hear it.
There is unrestricted public parking opposite the hotel."

"The grounds of the Mae’s Manor are beautiful. The staff were friendly. The hotel itself is very dated and in need of new paint and furniture. Our shower had no pressure and some mold. The towels and sheets were nice and clean though."

"Staff were amazing. Louise was so very helpful. Quaint pub area with great seating options. Breakfast was a little pricey for the quality. Rooms were decent. Very plain. Shower was a little awkward with water splashing out constantly. "

"The service was amazing, as was the amazing food and generous portions. The ambience was great too, including the music!
The room was clean and cozy, and the velux windows were a lifesaver at night. Though the area can be a little noisy at night.
Great location if you're planning to do the Four Waterfalls walk."

"A fantastic stay at this wonderful country hotel. The room was great, the food was excellent and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I would recommend a stay here for sure!"
"The staff were lovely, struck up conversation and made an effort with us.
The room was very tidy and neat.
The only issue I would say is the shower pressure. I had a shower upon arrival, and even on the “rain” setting, the entire bathroom was soaked including the toilet and the loo roll. I tried facing it towards the wall but it was extremely powerful. May have only been in our room."
"The receptionist was welcoming, friendly and professional. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Access to the pool and parking available in the hotel. "
"Room 41 was large, comfortable, clean, with good facilities. There was an annoying sound through the night like a motor that switched on for 10 seconds then off for 25 then started again. "
"All. We had the most wonderful time here. From the walk in the woods to the evening meal and breakfast. Staff, excellent all of them.
We will come back it was a real treat "
