"Pretty flawless stay. Extremely attentive and courteous staff and elegantly appointed rooms. My wife compared to Aman resorts we have stayed in which are significantly more expensive. "
"Nice location, fun bar downstairs, friendly staff, and clean room with a stunning views! Only complaint is the mattress and pillows were firm, cheap foam. Overall a pleasant stay"
"The hotel was very clean and on first look seemed great. However, despite sound insulation from outdoors sounds was great, all night there were sounds from from hotel plumbing/electric/heating that were very loud and did not let you sleep. The bedroom doors are side by side, so of next door opens their door feels as if they are opening yours. Although environmentally friendly is mentioned, there is the use of a lot of signal plastic (wrap up cups and tea bags) and disposable cups."
Hotel Jaguar Oporto – is Near the Metro, has Free Parking and a Free Shuttle Service between the Airport and the Hotel from 7AM to 8PM
8/10 Good
"A small but well run hotel. 4 stars maybe an overly flattering term. I believe it has a rather dated set up with standard amenities. Staff were polite and helpful. In all, it's got everything but somehow lacked charm and sophistication. Bus stops, metro and eateries are very close within a few minutes' walking distances. Shame they provided free shuttle service to/from airport not suitable for night arrival or departure."
"The hotel was lovely, great location & staff were great. We got a free drink of port and you could have free coffee and cake in the afternoon which was a lovely touch. We couldnt access the roof terrace during our stay which i asume was due to the weather. The only thing letting the hotel down was surrounding noise, the room was so warm we tried to sleep with the window open but couldnt, even with the window shut you could hear passers by shouting until easily 4.30am.. out of the hotels control but we really didnt sleep much the 3 nights and was ready to come home. To note we were the 5th floor too."
"Excellent location, wonderful staff and walking distance to all the main attractions. Lovely breakfast and complimentary sweet treats in the afternoon. "
