The location is in a central spot for exploring the city and walking to the river. The staff are friendly and attentive. The breakfast hit the spot and the food at the rooftop bar is really good. The rooms are comfortable. Good vibe. We loved it.

Very unique concept for long term stays and co-working facilities. Also accommodating short term stays like us. Very modern design and equipped with a kitchen. Although we only stayed 3 nights and didn’t actually cook anything but still nice to have all the stuff conveniently available and being useful. Location is excellent, right in the center of all the tourist attractions and restaurants, shops. Very good varieties in breakfast buffet. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Our first room had a problem with the air conditioning (it was very hot out!) but the staff quickly changed our room and gave us an upgrade as well as a complimentary breakfast. We very much appreciated this. They were eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were nice, although the AC was working overtime because of how hot it was. Rooftop bar service was bad, although it was a Friday night so I wouldn’t judge it based off that. Bed was comfortable as well, and it’s located in a great spot. Would stay here 10/10 every time I come to Porto.

We were overall very pleased with the hotel. Our only minor comments were the lifts (can be frustrating at busy times) and the hot breakfast (bacon and sausage were not great). Otherwise I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel and would stay again when we return to the beautiful city of Porto. Thank you to the very attentive and courteous young staff, you are a credit to your profession and country.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The staff, cleanliness, location, safety features. I would recommend The Social Hub to anyone and everyone of all ages. Me and my 2 girl friends could not have felt safer traveling there. It checks every box in terms of what you're looking for when traveling. Perfect place!

Really cool hotel! The room was nice but basic, but there’s so much space in the hotel and so many areas to explore and hangout. The rooftop pool is very shallow, it’s not really for swimming, just for cooling off. My 2 year old nephew loved the outdoor courtyard and the pool in the morning (it gets very busy once the bar is open in the afternoon)! The front desk is a bit awkward as it’s just a big round table, the check-in staff were pleasant and helpful enough but seemed very busy and not super friendly. Overall a great place and I would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient, amazing for solo travelers or those working since there are many coworking places and great WiFi. The only downside would be that the rooms are fairly small and dark - otherwise than that it was amazing, central location, friendly staff and great amenities
