"This is a great place to stay if you want to experience the rainforest in comfort. Gorgeous surroundings and views of the Arenal Volcano. Trails on the grounds that are easy walking. Good food. All staff are very helpful and friendly. Pools are small, but the resort is small so not busy with a lot of people. Quaint, quiet, and full of nature. Close to excursions. The hotel can book many of them for you. Golf cart pick up to take you around the property. Umbrellas in all rooms and areas. You do need bug spray when you are out walking around. The rooms are nice, comfortable, AC, open balcony with rocking chairs to enjoy the views. Would definitely stay here again. We had two families with kids ranging from age 7-18. Great trip."

"The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Any time we walked by the lobby there was someone to greet us and offer help with anything that we may need. We loved the adult-only aspect and the resort always felt peaceful and relaxing. The hot springs were perfect after walking around town or doing other excursions and it was nice to have our own private hotsprings away from all the rest of the tourists. We stayed at 2 resorts on our trip and this is the one we would definitely come back to!"

"Absolutely gorgeous grounds. We watched 2 sloths in tree above us just around the corner from our room (one of the drivers pointed them out for us) Only thing that wasn’t perfect was wishing the hot springs were hotter, they were warm at best. But will definitely go back - can’t wait. Stunning views of the volcano. Beautiful pool area. And not crowded which was huge plus. "

"This was the most beautiful, most relaxing, and friendliest place ever. All the staff were so kind and welcoming. Upon checking in, the staff had drinks and towels for us. They showed us to our room and explained how organic and eco friendly everything was. Our room was private with a patio that had a hammock. The pools were clean and relaxing. Not crowded. The food was delicious, they were constantly feeding us. It rained during our trip but it was still so relaxing and we were still able to squeeze in a lot. We did horse back riding, hiked the property on our own, swam. Everything was clean. The staff were so kind and always made sure we were taken care of. I would come back again for a longer stay! "

"We had a room with a jacuzzi and it was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was also likewise. The grounds were very well kept and tropical. I wouldn’t mind staying there again. The available parking was a bit skimpy but that’s my only negative comment about the hotel. "
