We did not have hot water and engineer could not fix the problem. Bath tub had ants. Next morning room was flooded. Hotel staff offered that the manager would comp our room or provide a gift card of equal compensation and three weeks later after many calls to management no response.

The room had a warm homey feeling. The onsite features were great, comfortable patio to sit in. Decor fit the Taos area. We were 3 blocks from old town. It was a very quiet location. We will return next year to enjoy.

We had a great time at the Casa Europa. We really enjoyed the history of the place and close proximity to downtown. We had a group of 13 people which the home accommodated easily. They only concern was that the home had some wasps that we had to kill.
