    800 meters from the village; near the beaches, in particular the Gold Mine and La Source.
    Open kitchen - living room 35 m2 + veranda 24 m2. 4 bedrooms 11m2 including 2 on the same level; West side barbecue; garden Lounge.
    SDB ground floor; SE upstairs; 2 toilets.

Quelle vacances ?

À l'arrivé, la maison était fermée, personne pour nous accueillir ? Pas de réponse au sollicitation ! Appel Abritel qui nous dit que c'est à nous de trouver un logement, un dédommagement est prévu mais il faut passer par des sites et il y a toute une procédure à respecter ! Donc dimanche soir, 17h30, pas de location

Je pense que le propriétaire profite qu’il y ai des locataires pour faire venir des artisans (plombier ,électricien)La location est très bien située près du village et près de la mer .Heureusement que la véranda est très bien car la maison est plutôt dans son « jus »très vintage

Location à éviter

Propriétaire qui ne propose pas d'état des lieux écrits, ni entrant, ni sortant et qui en profite pour ajouter des frais pas la suite. Procédé assez malhonnête. Maison mal entretenue, avec énormément d'acariens.

Séjour agréable en famille

Maison bien située. Au calme, proximité des plages. Grande véranda confortable appréciable par temps de pluie. Le ménage est fait de façon superficielle(moutons de poussières sous les lits et les meubles, désagréables avec de jeunes enfants) , propreté douteuse des couvertures. Nous avons rendu la maison plus propre qu'elle ne l'était: le forfait de 55€ pour le ménage devrait nous revenir! L'annonce reste mensongère en ce qui concerne la Wifi: il n'y en a pas. Nous avons du payer un supplément à notre forfait téléphonique pour utiliser internet.

De eigenaar is niet eerlijk.

Het eigenlijke huis was helemaal niet netjes gepoetst. Er hing een muffe geur van stof en spinneraggen. Er was echter een splinternieuwe ruime veranda aan de achterzijde - en die maakte veel goed. Er was ook een jaccuzzi die nog niet afgewerkt en dus niet kon gebruikt worden. Dinsdag ging die echter afgewerkt worden. Dinsdagmorgen was de aannemer inderdaad present, maar wat bleek: er zou 3 dagen gewerkt worden, en onze tuin dus vol werkgerei en constant lawaai. De eigenaar liet ons hierop weten dat hij "een tegemoetkoming" van 2 dagen zou doen. Uiteraard hebben we niks teruggekregen. We vertrokken op zaterdag en de poetsvrouw zou om 8.30 uur komen. De eigenaar zelf zou niet komen, maar wel vrienden van hem. Wij zijn om 9.30 uur vertrokken en we hebben niemand gezien. Ik heb hem tevergeefs gebeld en dus een bericht ingesproken dat de sleutels op de tafel lagen en we de veranda niet op slot hadden gedaan, voor het geval zijn vrienden geen sleutel hadden.

Bonne mais avec des réserves

Le terrain est annoncé clos alors qu'il ne l'est pas, nous avons failli perdre notre chienne. La WIFI est annoncée alors qu'elle est inexistante ce qui nous a obligé à consommer nos forfaits en partage Un dédomagement de 100 Euros pour ces informations éronées serait souhaitable

Bonne situation géographique, par rapport au centre bourg, aux plages et aux sites à visiter. Maison à l'ameublement vieillot, mais superbe véranda sur l'arrière. Par contre, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur l'annonce, pas de Wifi. Dommage

Grand potentiel pour cette maison

L'accueil du propriétaire est bon. La maison a un grand espace à vivre moderne pour la véranda. Cela contraste avec le grand espace intérieur de style plus ancien. La maison est agrémentée d'un jardin spacieux. Quelques améliorations sont à prévoir pour la décoration.

Belle location entre plages et centre ville

La propriété est fonctionnelle et bien équipée pour se détendre (jeux de sociétés, table de ping-pong) et pour les repas (salon de jardin, très grande véranda, un bbq... ). Le jardin est plutôt grand est sans vis à vis. La literie est excellente et nous avons très bien dormi. La maison est située à 1 km de la très belle plage de la Source avec sa falaise dorée et les parapentistes qui circulent au dessus. Le centre-ville est agréable avec ses commerces, restaurants et vendeurs de succulentes moules. 2 marchés, le samedi et le mercredi, animent le centre.

Séjour breton agréable ,qui a plu aux petits et aux grands.

Maison agréable et bien située entre le bourg et les plages, propice à de jolies balades en vélos. La véranda, le barbecue et le calme sont appréciables. Un petit bémol concernant le ménage superficiel dans les différentes pièces de la maison, surtout en cette période de crise sanitaire.

Für Familie bestens geeignet

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir als Großfamilie für 5 Tage benötigt haben. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber sehr gut gelegen für Ausflüge zum Meer - wir haben während dieser 5 Tage alles in Penestin und rundherum zum Meer/Strand mit den Fahrrädern erleben können - einfach toll. Zum Einkaufen zum Zentrum 5 Minuten mit dem Rad, zum Supermarkt ca. 10 Minuten. Der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben vom Vermieter auch eine 2 Person genannt bekommen, die uns dann auch während diverser Notfälle (Zahnarzt, ...) immer wieder geholfen haben - einfach toll! Wir haben den Großteil der Zeit am Meer verbracht, und im Haus haben wir den Garten (Tischtennistisch, Boule-Bahn, ...) und den Wintergarten sehr genossen!

La maison bien située entre les commerces et les plages, très calme et comfortable.

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison calme et comfortable. Elle est bien située entre le centre-bourg et les plages (environs 1,2 km). Le jardin est agréable, il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis. La maison est assez bien équipée. La cinquième étoile est manquante seulement parce que nous étions les premiers locataires. Tout n'était pas parfait. Mais je suis certaines que les prochains locataires mettrons les 5 étoiles!
