This home sits on a gentle lot with a spectacular mountain view and a sandy beach perfect for the kids to play. Open floor plan with lots of windows to enjoy the view. Full length deck with covered area and comfortable patio seating as well as tables and chairs if you prefer to hang out in the sun. Cornhole boards and kayaks for the whole family to get outside and play. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities for even the most inspired chef. Coffee bar with breakfast nook overlooking the lake.
The main level has 3 bedrooms. The first one as you enter the home has a queen with a full bathroom across the hall. There is a master bedroom with a king and full master bath to the back of the home. This room has stunning mountain views and a walkout to the covered part of the deck. The third bedroom (king)on this level is toward the center of the house and has great lake and mountain views as well. There is a full bath across the hall.

The living room is open to the kitchen and dining room. There is a large screen tv with streaming services, reclining couches and board games for family night. The dining room table seats 8. Breakfast nook seats 2. Everything in the home has been set up specifically with renters in mind. Make this your perfect SML getaway!

The view out the back across the lake is spectacular in fall. The house is cozy and has plenty of seating in the public areas.

The house is wonderful. Super comfortable and the lake views are out of this world. We had everything we need and the owners--John and Carol--are beyond lovely and made sure we felt at home. The house was comfortable and clean and did I mention the views of the lake? This is a really special property on the lake! Rent it--you won't be sorry!

Blue Mountain Cottage is a lovely getaway, charmingly decorated, with lake views that don't quit. It's a work in progress with upgrades planned. Beware the very tight spiral staircase that is the only access to the loft (Queen + 2 Twins). Otherwise, enjoy!
