Room didn’t look one thing like what they advertise. Staff was very rude and unwilling to accommodate a change. Way overpriced for what it is - 3 star experience at best, not worth it. Bad look for the Pendry brand. I’ve been to San Diego and Newport Pendry many times, those are 5 star hotels- this was terrible.
