Wir waren nun bereits zum drit...

Wir waren nun bereits zum dritten Mal, zweimal in der mittleren Etage (PEA111), dieses Jahr in der oberen Etage und sind somit "Wiederholungstäter aus Überzeugung". Die Bezeichung "empfehlenswert" würden wir mit "unbedingt empfehlenswert" überbieten wollen, da die Unterkunft alles hält was sie verspricht und darüber hinaus die Lage am Hang über der Stadt nicht besser sein kann. Insofern können die Eigentümer nur beneidet werden bzw. zur Auswahl des Grundstücks nur gratuliertwerden. Eine (kleine) Kritik haben wir dennoch: die Wohnung verfügt über keinen Backofen. Das ist grundsätzlich zu verschmerzen, aber wenn das erst bemerkt wird, wenn man "falsch eingekauft" hat, dann hilft vor allem ein guter Draht zu den Nachbarn der mittleren Etage... Im Hinblick auf die Unterkunft sind wir voll auf unsere Kosten gekommen, sie ist ausreichend groß, die Zimmer sind absolut in Ordnung, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alle Geräte haben einwandfrei funktionert. Reisetipps:Wir haben die Gegend in diesem Jahr weiter erkundet und Neues entdeckt. Beispielsweise sind wir den Küstenweg von Peniscola nach Alcossebre gefahren und haben einige Male Halt gemacht, wenn sich die Aussicht lohnte oder eine idyllische Stelle zur Rast einlud. Allerdings braucht man für den Weg – es ist keine Straße! – gute Nerven, fahrerisches Geschick und Lust am Autofahren, sonst bleibt man leicht auf der Strecke. Des Weiteren haben wir das Castillo de Santa Magdalena de pulpis "erobert", eine der zwei Burgruinen im Parc Natural de la Serr d'Irta, die uns ins Auge gestochen ist. Eine weitere Fahrt führte uns nach Morella. Auch hier sprechen wir das Prädikat "unbedingt sehenswert" aus – die Stadt und die Burg sind einfach umwerfend! Weitere Fahrten haben wir in diesem Jahr noch zweimal ins Ebro–Delta unternommen, um die kilometerlange Nehrung zu erkunden und dort baden zu gehen. Auch hier sagen wir unmissverständlich: "einmal muss sein"! Zum Strand von Peniscola hat esuns nahezu täglich gezogen – wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Wir kommen auch gerne ein viertes Mal!
