Lamentable
Mucha falta de limpieza. Ni siquiera se molestan en pintar las paredes aunque se vea la suciedad a distancia. El apartamento deja mucho que desear. El aire acondicionado funcionaba cuando quería y la piscina está en la última planta del edificio, como si no hubiera piscina...

Situacion perfecta
Los apartamentos son muy amplios y estan situados estupendamente porque estan en el mismo pueblo pero a las afueras, sin jaleo en la calle, estan cerca de la playa y de toda la zona comercial, en la misma calle esta el supermercado CONSUM. Lo mejor el propietario. No podiamos llegar hasta las 12 de la noche, finalmente nos retrasamos y casi era la 1 cuando llegamos. Llamamos a Javier por telefono y vino a darnos las llaves, sin problemas y explicandonos todo, el funcionamiento, de la tele, del aire, de la nevera, en fin todo y nos dejo su numero de telefono por si necesitabamos algo. Relacion calidad/precio excelente

Falta de mantenimiento
El apartamento en general no está mal, bien ubicado.
Se echa falta mantenimiento, armarios con los cajones caídos, mando de la tele que no funciona, tenderete oxidado y en mal estado, estado pésimo de las sartenes y las sabanas suministradas muy viejas y de aspecto poco agradable. También faltan las toallas que en muchos apartamentos se suministran.
En las zonas comunes falta limpieza.

Realidad
las fotos del apartamento que vienen en la pagina, no se corresponden con la realidad, los apartamentos en honor a la verdad estan bastante bien, pero deberian poner las autenticas fotos, en cuestion de limpieza, dejan muchisimo que desear cortinas muy sucias, baños que hay que limpiarlos antes usarlos (es un consejo), y la ropa de cama que proporcionan, mejor llevarsela de casa.
