Enjoy this restored Victorian home! Only minutes to both the Seneca and Keuka Lake wine and beer trails and walking distance to shops, dining and nightlife in the town of Penn Yan, and minutes to the Keuka Outlet Trail.Outdoor amenities include a large private yard, hot tub, fire pit, grill,rear patio and front porch. Inside you will find five bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two parlors,large eat-in kitchen, fireplace, two stairwaysand beautiful refinished original hardwood. Home comes with full-size washer & dryer, AC, WiFi and large Smart TV and city water. The town of Penn Yan has a lot to offer to include the Burnt Rose Wine Bar, Amity Coffee Co., 18th Amendment Kitchen ;Cocktail Bar and Parker's Grille, all within a short walk. Enjoy the wine trails by day and Penn Yan at night (without having to jump back in a car),and maybe a dip in the hot tub to cap things off. Public swimming and lake access can be found nearby at Red Jacket Park on Keuka Lake. *The default rate is based on 2 guests. There is an extra charge per guest per night after the 2nd guest - max 10 guests (this includes those staying and visiting). *Large parties, events or gatherings are not permitted. *Pets are not allowed at this property. No exceptions.
