Great location. Inside was very clean. Outside- garbage cans could have been emptied (they were overflowing for two days). Parking lot had some garbage too. It wasn’t terrible. We would definitely go back! Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice. Great location.

This is our second stay here in the last few months. We love the proximity of the hotel to restaurants and cafés in Penn Yan, makes it easy. This time our room was on the same side as the parking lot and near the elevator, so the room wasn’t quite as quiet as our last day which was further from the elevator and on the other side of the hotel. We will just make it a point next time to pick the right room.

The location and price are awesome. The fitness area is small and they don’t have an excess of staff- but it is small… the breakfast is good - just perfect for the wine trail. Rooms are always clean. I stay here often
