Best Western Plus Vineyard Inn & Suites

"The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. We stayed here a couple years ago and this time we brought some friends with us. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Plenty of time to enjoy the wineries and played cards at the large table in the lobby each night. May make this our annual trip. 😊"
41 Lakefront Hotel, Trademark Collection By Wyndham
8/10 Good
"We appreciated the location near the lake and the proximity to walk downtown and visit restaurants and that was the saving grace of the hotel. The parking was free. The bad parts: When we arrived there was no staff at the desk and a note they were away helping someone else. It was a 15 minute wait until someone arrived. We went down to the lobby and wanted tea. They had hot water but no tea bags, we asked the desk for bags and they said there were none. I found some in a conference room and the next morning I asked again to a different staff member and she found 6 bags but that was it. There was a kuerig in the room with tea but the machines usually have a coffee taste and the tap water from the sink was not the best. In our room i found a piece of chewed gum on the floor by the hotel door, The wash clothes we had seemed clean but were brownish not really white so it was questionable. We were told they did not make up the room every day which was OK. While the restaurant was nice, no one did anything about the bird feathers, I guess a lot of sea gulls hang out there but there were so it looked like a flock was killed and the feathers came into the hotel as well. Not the best around food. The internet had no password and bandwidth was 1.5 download. Impossible to try to do any work. I would not stay there again"
