Original Italian Country House of 500 sq2, in the hearth of Marche region, close to Sibillini's National Park. Amazing 10 hectares of grass, cherry orchard, fruit trees, wood and a private deep swimming pool fully accessorized for night time too (10x4 up to 2.8mt depth).
8 Bedrooms plus 2 sofa-beds (accommodates up to 20 adults), 6 bathrooms, 3 fully equipped kitchens, 4 large open spaces indoor.
Changing room close to the swimming pool with with indoor shower.
Private Church usable for Weddings or other Catholic ceremonies.
Sun umbrellas, sun beds and armchairs, barbecue, tables and all the comfort to enjoy the outside space!

Fabulous stay at Penna san Giovanni. Everything as described. Peace and tranquility with the most divine views of the mountains early morning. Super swimming pool for family fun. House fully kitted out for large group and location ideal for visiting surrounding villages. Local supermarkets and restaurants perfect for our requirements. Strongly recommend. AJB
