"Loved our 2 nights at Talinga!Perfect location - easy walk from the ferry and a short walk to the supermarket & shops in Penneshaw. Really comfortable space for 2 friends, with plenty of spare room. "Decent clean cabin. Bed was comfortable with very clean linen. Ensuite reasonably new and worked well. Limited overall facilities but great for a one nights stay. "

"We had 2 nights here and so glad we chose Kingscote as it is closer to the main attractions of the island. The Seaview room was spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was lovely and quite reasonable. Highly recommend. "

"We had a lovely stay whilst waiting for our ferry back to the mainland. It is huge and had a great view of the wild seas. A short walk away from the local pub, cafes and supermarkets. The owners were very accomodating of our booking (made just a few hours before check in), and they made sure everything was set up and ready for us. Will definitely stay there again when I back on KI."

"Staff was extremely helpful with making reservation and helping with itinerary plans. On site restaurant was good. Room was clean and simple, extra bed was brought in so three of us could stay. Extra amenities like wine, cookies and crisps were much appreciated. Definitely recommend for overnighting on Kangaroo Island. "
