"We are a family of 4 generations and have thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday at The Outbuildings. It suited our needs perfectly and Oyster Holiday team were on hand to sort a problem we encountered. It was dealt with immediately. Aleia was extremely helpful. It's located in a beautiful setting and very peaceful. We enjoyed watching the partial eclipse and the shooting stars. Wonderful memories made"

"Loved the location and the statement had everything we needed and was very spacious. However, noisy neighbours and a racist, loud guest/resident meant a kiss of sleep and some concerning things for my children to hear."

"Looking at past reviews , this cottage has been a popular booking but the recent new owners appear not to have attended to outstanding issues others previously mentioned . In addition there was a lack of furniture eg coffee table, lamps etc , which had been removed in the sale. The cottage was clean throughout but equipment such as the waste bin, toilet roll holder and drainer needed replacing for hygiene reasons. There is no wardrobe or drawers to speak of. With some investment by the new owners this cottage could be wonderful and it is to the credit of Oyster Cottages they took the issues we raised seriously. The garden is only little but has so much potential if it was landscaped and had a bench or outside furniture . Currently I would give the cottage 3.5* but it could be 5* with investment ."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Murmur Y Coed. The surrounding area is beautiful and the location makes it an ideal base for exploring Anglesey. You feel like you're in the middle of nowhere but in reality you're 10 minutes from Menai which is a perfect mix. As we were there during the heatwave we didn't get much use out of the hot tub but it was a great option to have (doubles as a cold plunge when the weather gets too hot!). As a few reviews have mentioned, the cottage is a little tired and would benefit from a few paint touch ups and a deep clean although the main areas were spotless. We also found the kitchen a little understocked for cooking although it does have all the basics. We really liked the use of refillable kitchen and bathroom products as a good sustainability touch. Overall it's a really lovely place to stay and we would definitely return."

"Fantastic place to stay, very clean, and even better than the pictures. It has a nicely stocked kitchen and the little things make a difference like plenty of towels, loo roll, washing up liquid are all provided. There is plenty of parking and it is a lovely place to sit in the evenings. I would highly reccommend it."

"Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location. Aled met us for check-in and gave us plenty of useful tips on places to visit. The apartment was modern and pristine, with the balcony an obvious highlight. We would not hesitate to return in the future."

"Loved the cottage on the farm ! Lovely to meet Moira she gave us a big welcome! The children loved the castle nearby and we had a fabulous holiday! The cottage has everything we could need and the coin metre never bothered us at all! I found the beds comfy and we all loved the swivel chair! Thanks for a great holiday !"
