6th bedroom is on top floor. No door to this large space.

Named for one of the first motels on Pensacola Beach from the 1950's, The Fiesta Mar, our Beach Home is one of the newest offerings on Pensacola Beach.

The Fiesta Mar, or "Sea Holiday" in Spanish, is a great Beach Home just down the street from our Original Home. Nice views of both Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. Paved access all the way to the sands of the Beach.

Private Pool adjacent to the enclosed area under the house. Six Bedroom and Five Bathrooms; three of which are en suite.

Large living area on the main floor that includes a complete kitchen and dining table for ten. The kitchen bar adds additional seating for six.

Bonus Living Area upstairs is considered the sixth bedroom with a King Bed

Great house with pool and awesome outdoor space under house!

We enjoyed our stay! The house fit us well and was a super quick and easy walk to the beautiful beach. The pool and outdoor area with deck and great furniture was great! It was well set up for a large group!

Perfect in Every Way

We all loved this property! Well stocked, plenty of room inside and out, 2 min walk to the beach, everything we needed and more! Loved the pool, too! Would love to stay again! Great communication with host.

Awesome home

The house was very clean and had everything we needed, so many amenities . From the kitchen to beach items and even bicycles . Very easy walk to and from the beach. Beds and linens were comfy.

Family Trip

So much space and multiple porches to sit on and see the sunset. There was lots of things to do at the house and items to take to the beach which was a short walk away. Everyone had a wonderful time.

Great family vacation

4 couples and our kids enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely perfect, short walk to beach, don't have to cross any busy roads. House is large and has everything you could think of for a beach trip (wagon, umbrellas, towels, toys, chairs). Didn't need to pack anything other than clothes.

Home away from home

The house was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed for our week long family of 13 Spring Break! There was plenty of room for 4 families. Greg responded quickly to questions/concerns that we had. We couldn’t find a TV remote and the grill wasn’t working properly, he brought replacements the next day. We would most definitely stay here again! The location to the beach and the shops were so convenient the beach access was beautiful and quiet.

Went to see the Blue Angels Homecoming Show. Property was perfect. Beach access was great. We had the beach all to ourselves. Quite area. I definitely recommend. Plenty of perks (beach chairs/toys, etc).

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Place was big enough for all 14 of us and it was clean. Quick walk to the beach was handy. Not far from the downtown area for dining, shopping etc. Had a couple small issues that Greg quickly took care of. Our kids and their families all enjoyed the property!

Great house!

We absolutely loved the house! The location to the beach was perfect and the proximity to restaurants was great as well. The house is spacious and even with all the people we had we never felt crowded. The downstairs area and pool were also a huge hit! We did think the room without a door was on a floor by itself and it’s not so we wish there was a way to close that off for privacy and noise control but overall great stay!!!

Property better than listing!

The property was even better than the listing and pictures. We flew in from Ohio and were happy to have the necesseties we needed such as beach towels, beach chairs, bathroom items and kitchen items available. Very close to restaurants and entertainment along with bay and Gulf beach views from the balcony. I would highly recommend!

Family Vacation

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into this home. Everything was as described and we loved it. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything you could think of for a great week. The location to the beach was awesome and we loved the beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas! We spent most of our time between the private pool and beach. And Greg the owner made the whole rental process very easy. We would definitely love to go back!

Great Beach House

Exceeded what we were hoping for. Plenty of room for our four couples, three small children and three singles. The 3 bathrooms located in the hallways were a little tight but served us just fine. The kitchen and baths were well stocked. The shaded area by the pool was really enjoyed. Beach equipment was plentiful (chairs, umbrellas, wagons, sand toys, wagons for hauling). Access to the beautiful, clean, quiet beach was simple and quick. This was October, can’t speak for the summer months

Family wedding

First off the pictures do not do the place justice. A very nice home plenty of space for our family that was in town for a wedding. Everything labeled so no guess work. The grandkids enjoyed the board games & the pool. The home is fully stocked could use a few larger cooking pots. Had no emergent issues to contact owner only one issue with toilet seat that left note in the home for owner. Short walk to the beach the views off decks were great. Loved the area around the pool for family to gather out of the sun. I highly recommend this home & owner & will definitely stay here again in the future. No one wanted to leave & go back home to reality.

Perfect house

We had a great time at this rental - the layout of the house was perfect for all 13 of us - 3 refrigerators, TV's in every room, plenty of beds and bathrooms so no one felt crowded. The location was great, just steps from the ocean. We played many games of bags, rode the bikes, grilled, some even took advantage of the cool pool. There was even a desk for me to partially work on vacation. Greg was a great host, we only had one issue with some lights and he quickly responded. A couple suggestions I could make though would be to update the pics on Vrbo, they do not do the house justice. We rented based on all the 5 star reviews, location, beds/baths, and were hoping the house was as nice as everyone described. It totally was, but we didn't get that feeling from the pics online. Also, the house could use a Swiffer sweeper or a Shark mop, it's hard not to track sand into a house in FL. Otherwise it's a wonderful house and location and I would definitely rent this house again.

Great house!

We enjoyed our time here. We had a very short walk to the beach, and the house was spacious and filled with a ton of amenities, including items for the beach and pool. We were pleasantly surprised to find multiple beach umbrellas, chairs, wagons, floaties, toys, balls and even a cooler. The house features three ensuite bedrooms. Two of these ensuites are king bedrooms and the third is a double-bed ensuite. The double-bed room can only be accessed through the third king bedroom, which is open (formerly an entertaining space) and has no closet or bathroom. A queen bedroom can be found on the main level, and a bedroom featuring two twin beds is located upstairs. Two smaller full bathrooms are located in the hallway, just outside of these rooms. There are 5 full bathrooms in total - 3 are located in bedrooms and 2 are accessed via the hallway. There are six bedrooms, including the open king bedroom. The house has two driveways, so there is plenty of parking space. There is also a trolley stop right outside the house. Overall, this is a great house. We plan on staying here again!

We had a wonderful family trip to Pensacola and this house was perfect for us! It was very clean and looks even better in person than in the photos! We loved having the pool to enjoy and the beach is just a short walk. We will definitely be back!

Great Spring Break!

We enjoyed everything about this house. It was very well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach, the pool, and inside. I will say though, if you're staying for more than a weekend with a larger group, you'll want to add paper towels and trash bags to your grocery list. My group used Gopher Carts to get around to the local restaurants/bars. Easy, fun, and cheaper/faster than an Uber.
