Directly on the Gulf, larger end unit, both bedrooms have water view!

Welcome to Paradise! Comfortable, clean and spacious, our condo is the perfect spot to vacation or escape the cold, year round.

2 Bedrooms and 2 full baths with recently updated kitchen, open to the family room. Our balcony is the perfect place to watch the dolphins play, and of course take in the ever changing view.

Master bedroom has a private bath, a king sized bed and a twin trundle bed, with a beautiful SW corner window to the Gulf!

The second bedroom also boasts a king sized bed, and the same Gulf view.

Living room has comfortable furnishings with a full sized sofa/sleeper.

The dining room table seats 6.
Washer & Dryer in condo unit.

All rooms have a TV, the kitchen is fully stocked and we even supply you with start up paper, detergent and household products, plus beach towels and a few beach chairs! Feel like a guest, not a tenant!

Reserved, covered parking is just steps from the elevator and there is outside storage for your toys. Sans Souci also has out door parking for boats & RV’s, and an outdoor grilling area!
Pool, and hot tub with a convenience store & Peg Leg Pete’s (most popular locals restaurant on the beach) right across the street.
On the trolley line in peak season, with sidewalks to walk or jog, and bike paths, you’re going to love it here! So please, be our guests Mi condo is Su condo!

Amazing!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. I will say this is probably the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. There was a closet with lots of beach supplies chairs, toys and floats! Kitchen is well stocked. The location of this property is perfect close enough to all the main places to eat but far enough you’re not getting the noise of the bar crowds. Would definitely stay here again, thank you for sharing your adorable condo with us!

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful and clean and well-stocked. We hope to be able to stay there again. Comfortable furniture and beds, plenty of towels and dishes and flatware. Nice selection of pots and pans as well as small appliances.

Amazing Condo on the Beach!

This is our third stay at San Souci property. We love the beach front view/access, gated community. Across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s. This condo is definitely our favorite so far! Super clean, beautifully maintained, well stocked kitchen. Corner unit-both bedrooms have beach views! Beds slept great. Washer & dryer in unit. Mary Ann the owner was great! Excellent communication. This was just the perfect place for me, my husband and our parents to stay. The two king size beds was the clincher for us. The place was clean, comfortable and very well equipped to meet all of our needs. When we visit Pensacola Beach, this will be the place we look to rent!

Great location and amazing views!

Right on the beach and the property was perfect in every way! Fully stocked with amenities and the extra goodies basket was a nice surprise. We cooked many meals and also took advantage of the local cuisine including Crabs and Flounder’s. Tip, go to Peg Leg Pete’s for lunch when it’s not as crowded and service is quicker! The parking space next to the elevators was a plus for my elderly mother. The beds were super comfortable as well!

Great experience!

I’ve stayed in multiple condos within Sans Souci and this has been my favorite experience thus far. It’s obvious the owners have thought about the guest’s perspective as many small conveniences were included, such as actual soap dispensers at each sink rather than bars. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall.

Absolutely Perfect!!!!

We had a wonderful time, the condo had everything we needed, plenty of space, nicely stocked, a perfect view of the Gulf and across from our favorite restaurant Peg Leg Pete's (we had dinner there 4 times). The parking space and beach supplies in the storage locker were amazing. We also loved how close it is to the beach. We will definitely be coming back to unit 409!!!!!!

Great location, very clean and well cared for. The added collection of beach supplies is a HUGE plus ( saves a lot of money if you were planning to rent shade and seating). Kitchen has everything, fully stocked with all essential appliances, various tableware ,and utensils. Nice collection of board games and books make a lazy day more enjoyanle. This rental has it all! 409 SANS SOUCI

Of course, as expected, the location was amazing!! But, what was unexpected, were the added touches that made this unit our home for a week. MaryAnn gave us all the information we needed and then some. She also answered questions that we had the answers to, but didn’t know! In addition, our granddaughter left behind a cherished keepsake. MaryAnn did not rest until it was found and returned. This kept a great vacation from being a sad memory for one little girl!

Absolutely amazing!!!

The condo was exactly as advertised and pictured. It was very clean upon check in and the goodie basket was very much appreciated. The mattress was the best that we’ve ever slept on while on vacation. For someone with back issues, that is one of the things that we look for when choosing a place. The condo was well stocked from kitchen utensils, to towels and sheets, to books available to read. The VIEW was awesome! The condo is right on the beach and getting to and from the beach was very easy. The pool was clean and a great temperature. OH, the parking spot right by the door was an added perk!! The complex was safe and gated. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Pensacola Beach in the future. Thanks for a great vacation!!!
