    Pet friendly; Pet fee $200. Pets are not allowed in the fence pool area, nor public beach. There is a doggy beach approx. 1.5 MI East of home.
    Walking Distance to shops & restaurants. Pensacola Beach Gulf front home is full of beautiful details and amenities. Breathtaking views from the beachfront balconies. One balcony spreads across the width of the home and is furnished with tables and chairs. In addition there is a loft balcony that also overlooks the Gulf of Mexico w/lounger for your enjoyment. Home supports entertaining large families/groups with ease. Four bedrooms/three baths setup to sleep 12 at maximum capacity.
    The 'Four de Leigh' is a family-owned beach house. The owners are natives of Louisiana--Fleur de Lis nation. They have frequented Pensacola Beach for many years and purchased a beach house to make memories with their families and friends and to share with guests the same. The home is a tasteful mix of southern class, fleur de lis and coastal beach living. A beautiful location for weddings. The 'Four de Leigh's name was established to represent the owners' four daughters all of which bare the middle name 'Leigh'.

The house is lovely and well stocked to begin your vacation. Its location to the Gulf of America is great. The pool was wonderful for the whole family. Everything you need for the pool and beach is provided. One master bedroom king mattress has been well used therefore you sink into it. Our only real issue was slip and falls when the outside plastic stair steps were wet. The host was to address this with anti slip treads.

The view is amazing from the house. The pool was warm and the house was perfect for me and my family of 7! There is plenty of room and everything you need right there. Plenty of beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs and anything else you could think of at the house, so you need to pack. You can walk to nearby shops. We had a wonderful time.

Home Away From Home

Very clean and VERY well stocked. It is apparent this is someone's home and they take good care of it, unlike some of the rentals owned by corporations. We absolutely loved our visit, and are looking forward to booking again there soon!

Weekend getaway

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. We had a group of seven and were very comfortable. Loved being walking distance from beach. Not a lot of people on the beach this time of year, so we had a lot of privacy. Loved the location of house and the concreted parking area. Didn’t use the pool so I cannot comment on that. Had an overall great stay.

We stayed for a month and had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable and Andrea was very pleasant and accommodating. The beach was awesome, I only wish we could have controlled the wind as it was brutal at times. Mother Nature had other plans, but we did get several days without the winds and lots of sun.

Fabulous Family Vacation!

Our family of 6 adults (myself, my wife, 2 grown children and their spouses) and 2 grandchildren had a great time! The pool was a lifesaver during hot days when the ocean currents were too strong to get in. There was plenty of seating in the common areas for a big group. The extra towels (bath and beach), paper products, etc added a nice bonus. The under cabinet ice maker kept us supplied in ice all week for beverages and coolers. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys for use by renters if you don’t bring your own. The location was perfect for a quiet beach experience, but close enough to get to shopping and restaurants in less than an 5 minute car ride. All in all we would definitely stay here again! Beautiful house, well equipped for children, great beach, excellent property manager. Only suggestion is to vacuum under chair and couch cushions better and to get the dust/sand under couches (we had crawling babies) but would stay here again. Awesome pool top
