Our luxurious beach home is back on the rental market! “Turtle Spa House” is located at 1409 Ariola Drive on Pensacola Beach, Florida. This gorgeous home is designed for a multitude of guests to enjoy a spacious home with over 8500 sq feet of house and decks! The main living area is located on the 3rd floor to maximize the spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico!
The beach house features 5 spacious bedrooms with their own private bath. In addition, there are 2 Extra Bonus sleeping areas. Bonus area 1- Features the 4 custom bunk beds which are located in an oversized hallway. Bonus area 2- Features a large game room with a queen couch and is located close to a 1/2 bath. In addition to the 5 private baths- there are 2 extra 1/2 baths, and 2 outside showers. There are 2 Extra Large Master Bedroom Suites, one located on each floor. Each bathroom suite features double vanities and a custom tiled spacious shower with built-in seating. Turtle Spa Beach house can comfortably sleep 21 guests. The house has 5500 square feet of living area, plus 3000 square feet of outdoor decks, all directly facing the Gulf of Mexico with beautiful views. Our beach house features a beautiful Gunite Swimming Pool with a waterfall and tanning ledge. A large hot tub is located off the game room deck and is available when the pool is not warm. A bonus for our beach house is the 3 sets of washers and dryers for your use during your stay.
Due to the 11-inch concrete ICF walls, the home will be quiet and the Geothermal air conditioning will ensure the house stays cool/low humidity during the hot Summer months. Our Turtle Spa house faces the Gulf of Mexico with gorgeous views of the emerald green water and sugar white sands! A Roof Top Deck enables the best island views and sunsets! This beach house is built to have all the extras, including a Chef’s dream kitchen, plus a smaller Prep Kitchen on the sleeping level. Other extras include a Thermasol steam shower which is located in the Master Bath shower located on the top floor. We also have an elevator available if needed for a fee. This home also offers a Gas grill and XL Primo Smoker. For your enjoyment, the yard is beautifully landscaped and is located in a quiet residential area. Please message for monthly discounted rates. Monthy discounted rentals are not offered for the peak Summer months.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load all dirty towels in the washers and start the wash prior to leaving the house. If you dry any towels, please leave on the granite counter for us to fold. Thank you!
Move all furniture back to where it was placed when you arrived.
Place A|C on 78, in the Summer, and when it's cold place thermostats on 66. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No Student rentals even if 1 adult present. Absolutely no Spring Break Rentals to young adults under the age of 26!
A Wedding/Event non refundable fee of $1000 is due with deposit, for all receptions/events. No weddings during Mid May-Mid August, Peak Summer Season.
A rental agreement will be emailed after booking. Fill out agreement and return to me. A $1000 refundable security deposit is due prior to arrival.
