Regency Towers 703 West is a one bedroom, one bath condo on the 7th floor with a huge beach front balcony! Enjoy being steps from the soft sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf. This lovely property has tile flooring throughout and the furnishings are positioned to take full advantage of the beach views from the balcony. The bedroom has a king sized bed, a flatscreen tv and opens up to the expansive balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is updated with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and has an eat-in bar. Relax after a long day at the beach in front of the TV with a good movie or on the balcony listening to the waves. A stackable washer/dryer and WIFI complete this lovely condo. Regency Towers is a gulf front complex with an East and a West tower. Surrounded by beach homes and low-density condos makes this complex a wonderful place to escape. Visit the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk for shopping dining, live music, swimming or strolling down the boardwalk. The Shell, an iconic Pensacola Beach landmark is at the heart of the boardwalk. Stop by for live music in the summer!
Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.
Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping, dining, and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.
Pensacola Beach includes two artificial reef systems for snorkeling. Park East is located about 1.4 miles east of Portofino on Pensacola Beach. The reef is located 500 ft. off shore and attracts a wide variety of fish, sea turtles and all kinds of gulf wildlife.
Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. Pensacola Beach. The “Blues” host an air show each July and there’s a show over the Naval Air Station each November.

Wonderful Condo

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo! The view was gorgeous. The condo was decorated well, clean, and had all the amenities we would need. The walk to the beach was just a few steps. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating with all questions/requests. The king bed was nice and roomy, but had a foam pad that made it a little too soft for our liking, but it was removable and the mattress was very comfortable otherwise. We definitely plan to stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at this property for an Easter weekend getaway. The location, view and property were perfect. Great communication with the property manager. We checked out of this property and went on to New Orleans for two night, and both regretted leaving this property. We’ll be back.

Perfect location!

My stay on Pensacola Beach was amazing. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The balcony is large, with a great view and 3 comfortable lounge chairs. It was a perfect getaway from the sun and great for napping! I will definitely stay here again.
