• 2 Queen Bedrooms – shared bath, each with a loft bed (for kids 12+)
• Surf Shack (Bonus Room): 2 bunk beds (Queen bottom / Full top) – perfect for teens

Comfortable Stay

The house was just what the 10 of us needed; space to be together, and apart. It is in a great location with the beach just across the road, and the Gulf Islands National Seashore, east and west side of Santa Rosa Island, was easily accessed.

Wonderful location!

It is a beautiful house with everthing we needed and more. Our family had such a special week here that we will never forget. It was an easy walk to the beach and also to the sound side. The owner is responsive and easy to work with.

Best location on the beach for sunrise & sunset views without leaving your porch.

There are so many wonderful things to say about this beach rental; the home is beautifully decorated, great floor plan and the kitchen has everything you need, Perfect location for teens because they are walking distance from the beach and the sound. Our teens also loved the pool table and their own space downstairs. Hostess was great, very easy to work with. It was a perfect getaway for our Thanksgiving gathering and we look forward to returning to Beach Haven

Great location

A beautiful home with plenty of seating, towels and tons of beach toys. Beds in rooms are very comfortable. We used a couple of fans in the bunk room to help with air circulation and our teen granddaughter and her friend slept in that room. Great owners to work with and already booked our return vacation. Walkable to sound and gulf beach and the trolley stop is close-by.

Property and location is excellent! Just wished the “fifth bedroom” had been a real bedroom in the actual house and not the garage. Other than that, we had an amazing week!!

Overall, it was great! The biggest complaint is the room with 4 bunks is essentially in the garage. It smelt of mildew and did not have working AC. We were relying on this space for sleep, so that was disappointing. The fridge in the garage also did not work. The property manager was very easy to work with. The property was very clean. The property location was perfect.

Great week with the family

We had a great week staying at this home. It was one of the best equipped homes that we have ever stated as far as the kitchen and beach toys that have been left behind. A few small issues that we had were addressed super fast and efficiently. You can tell that these owners take pride in their home and go above and beyond to make sure everything is ready for guests!! Would recommend for a large family for sure

Fantastic beach house!

Our group had a wonderful time staying at Beach Haven. The owners have done a fantastic job of thinking of everything people would need for a beach vacation. Some of our group flew, so they had limited ability to bring beach toys, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. The house had it all, which made the trip so much easier. Communication was great, and the house was described accurately. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay again in the future!

Gorgeous House and Stunning Views!!

Our family had the most amazing time staying here. The house was gorgeous with plenty of room for everyone and the views of the beach were breathtaking. The location was close to both the beach and the sound and the neighborhood pool was only steps away. Our area of the beach was not crowded which we loved. It was like our own little beach island. The owners were the best we have ever worked with and responded quickly answering all of our questions! We will definitely stay at Beach Haven again!!
