New Pool, Hot Tub & More March 2026 A Few Steps Away From the Sand and Water

Enjoy this newly renovated, Five Star Reviewed townhome located at the quiet end of Pensacola Beach. Relax on the back deck in the afternoon with direct views of Pensacola Sound or enjoy your coffee in the morning overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. San Deluna 18 is just a short walk to sitting on either beach. The complex San Deluna is a smaller private complex and offers a pool and tennis courts. The unit has just been remodeled with a relaxed coastal modern decor and is fully functional for a short or long term stay. All the items necessary to enjoy your stay are included: coolers, paddle boards, bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas all there for your personal use. The unit has a large king bedroom with an attached bathroom. The queen bedroom also has an attached bathroom and additional twin daybed. All rooms have new wall mounted TV's. There is a new sleeper sofa and half bath downstairs. The washer and dryer are located on the main floor. Contact me with any questions. We would love to have you stay.

So glad we found this spot for our last minute trip. The owner was very responsive and the unit was comfortable and well stocked with games, rackets, paddle boards, and beach gear. The beach was an easy walk across the street and not crowded. It was our first time checking out the sound side and we loved it so much we can’t wait to return.

Great vacation!

We had an amazing time! The location is the best, beach across the street and the sound in the back with a little beach as well. Not a crowded area either which is so nice! The condo has most things we needed stocked. Keith was a great communicator, we kept in touch. We will definitely book again!

Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful time at San de Luna 18. Check in was easy, Keith was courteous and thoughtful, and the condo was fantastic and well-stocked. The location can't be beat! We look forward to returning.

Wonderful location

This condo was perfect for our family of three. It was clean and was an easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the tennis court as well. Highly recommend this condo.

Quiet and Relaxing Beach Vacation

The property location is great. We just walked across the street to the beach. Not crowded at all. Sunsets were gorgeous from the couch.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

Condo was everything we were hoping it would be. Pictures are exactly what we got- newly renovated, beautiful, clean rental with everything we could imagine at our fingertips. Rental includes all things beach - chairs, umbrella, paddle boards, etc. access to sound, pool and tennis courts right outside the door and a quick walk across the street to the Gulf. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Second stay one year later

My family and I really loved this place so much we came back for another stay! Keith is a great host and his place is the perfect location. We had everything we needed and more. Although being on the beach was plenty, the condo was stocked with beach chairs, bicycles, and lots of other extras.

Quiet and peaceful

Beautiful and clean home at the far end of the island away from the touristy area. Great communication with the owner. Has a spiral staircase leading to the bedrooms on the second floor, just be careful coming down the stairs. Would love to stay here again if in the Pensacola area.

No cons to this condo!

The condo was great and located in a quiet, beautiful area with the bay as a backyard and the gulf across the street. The manager communicated everything we needed and, while protective of our privacy, made himself readily available for any questions or needs.

Location could not be better!

My family and I stayed a week here for fall break. The location is perfect. We were a very short walk over the dunes to the beach, or just down the back steps and past the tennis court to the sound. We used the provided paddleboard, balloon wheeled cart, chairs, and umbrellas. Keith was easy to reach and was very timely in replacing the washer/dryer. I really don't want to advertise this place, because I don't want to have to share it - it's that good! We can't wait to book again!

Pensacola trip

This is a wonderful, comfortable, and nicely appointed unit. It was very clean and well equipped. The location is amazing with proximity to both the Gulf and the intracoastal waterway. It is a quick walk across the street to the Gulf. There was great communication with the owner and it was nice to know that we could contact him if necessary. But we needed nothing during our stay and we had a relaxing week. We hated to leave and would not hesitate to rent this unit again. The condo complex was also very quiet and pleasant.

Great Location!

Keith’s condo is the perfect drive down the coast. Great location with beach on one side and bay on the other, both within walking distance. The house was a good size for my family of four. The back porch was AMAZING. The sun hits it all day but does not at evening. Definitely great place to relax in the evening listening to the waves. Bonus is the amenities Keith provides. My kiddos enjoyed the paddle boards. We never made it to ride the bikes but will do next time we come for a visit. I enjoyed the covered parking and the shower outside to wash off sand. I highly recommend staying here. Will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful and restful vacation spot!

My husband and I had a great stay at Keith’s condo! Pictures show exactly what it looked like! Very comfortable place! Beautiful views of the gulf and sunsets and a quick walk across the street to the sandy gulf beach! Lots of nice restaurants in the area but plenty of kitchen space and utensils to cook at home, which we did! The only sad part was that it rained a lot but we still went to the beach. Keith was responsive to any and all questions. And he even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a nice card at our door for our anniversary!! We would love to come back again! Thanks Keith!!

We had a great stay

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The house was very nice and worked very well for us. The beach is right across the street and is beautiful. The weather was a little chilly so we couldn't take full advantage of all the outdoor activities, but it being it is December we expected that.. and it was still a lot nicer than Iowa can be this time of year. Keith was a great host. Anytime we needed anything he was always willing to help us and was very conscious about working with our schedule to get us what we needed without disturbing us. He really does an excellent job of taking care of his guests.

Family getaway

We had such a wonderful trip! Keith is an incredible host and truly makes this rental so personal! He is easy to get ahold of for questions and even went out of his way to check in with us because of the severe weather we had our first day. The kitchen had everything we needed, Publix was close by so we stopped on the way in to get groceries for the week. We had everything we needed for the beach and having the pool right outside the door was perfect. The house is in the best location for a family; so close to the beach and pool and so quiet in the evenings and mornings. The Blue Angels flew over a couple of times unexpectedly and the location is perfect to get to Fort Pickens early enough to get a great spot for the Blue Angels practices. We will absolutely be coming back! Thank you so much Keith for this great property to stay in!

Perfect Condo and Location

This was a perfect place to stay! Keith was a wonderful and attentive host! The condo was fully equipped and the location is perfect for us! The Gulf across the dunes in the morning and early afternoon then the Bayside in the late afternoon watching the sunset followed by pooltime and supper was how we spent most days and made for a relaxing vacation. The fully equipped kitchen and open floorplan made it easy to accommodate the 6 of us each morning for a big breakfast, making a ton of sandwiches for lunch at the beach plus more family for supper some evenings. My nieces and nephew stayed in another unit at San de Luna so my grandkids learned how to play pickleball with them and it was really fun to watch them all play and have more family close by. Two grandkids stayed on the sleeper sofa and said it was comfy while the youngest loved the daybed upstairs. No complaints on the other two beds either! Having plenty of beach chairs and supplies really helps not having to bring so much beach stuff in the car with us. We had Breakfast on the Beach with the a Blue Angels (and blueberry muffins) while they practiced on our last day and thoroughly enjoyed it. We wished we could have seen the actual show, but alas, my busy family's summer schedule prevented that. We hope to return in the future as this has become our favorite beach place to stay and we would love to make many more memories here! Thank you again Keith!
