Regency Towers 703 West is a one bedroom, one bath condo on the 7th floor with a huge beach front balcony! Enjoy being steps from the soft sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf. This lovely property has tile flooring throughout and the furnishings are positioned to take full advantage of the beach views from the balcony. The bedroom has a king sized bed, a flatscreen tv and opens up to the expansive balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is updated with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and has an eat-in bar. Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.
Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping, dining, and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.
Pensacola Beach includes two artificial reef systems for snorkeling. Park East is located about 1.4 miles east of Portofino on Pensacola Beach. The reef is located 500 ft. off shore and attracts a wide variety of fish, sea turtles and all kinds of gulf wildlife.

My stay on Pensacola Beach was amazing. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The balcony is large, with a great view and 3 comfortable lounge chairs. It was a perfect getaway from the sun and great for napping! I will definitely stay here again.

Very clean, beautiful condo on the beach. Spacious balcony with amazing view of the beach and gulf. Located on the 7th floor. Big pool, nice boardwalk to the beach. Short drive to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Property was the perfect size for me and my two boys. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The condo community was small which was nice because it was not loud or crowded. Easy access to the pool and beach. The balcony view was amazing. We spent a lot of time on the balcony just enjoying the views. We were even lucky enough to watch a manatee swim by from the balcony! We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Comfy bed, great water pressure, big tv. The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable to sit on, but what sleeper sofa is. The other chairs were great! And we saw dolphins from the balcony and a wedding on the sand. Great overall!

The view from the balcony is picture perfect

When we were looking for a destination for a quick anniversary getaway this place checked all the boxes. The unit has views of the beach from every room, with 3 sliding glass doors that lead out to what equates to an outdoor living room. The glass in place where other places use bars really opens up the view to the beach. They had everything we needed to cook including nice skillets and spices. The owner was very easy to reach, and the check in/check out process was a breeze. We loved the tennis courts, and the short walk to the beach was very nice. Will stay here again, hopefully soon.

Great condo and complex.

We really enjoyed our stay at Regency Towers. The unit is beautiful & nicely furnished. The balcony is awesome and large with nice patio furniture. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels are supplied. This units offers plenty of extras - beach chairs & umbrella (a good addition that makes traveling easier not having to bring your own), hand soap, trash bags, dish liquid, laundry detergent, paper towels, coffee filters are all provided! Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect couple’s getaway!

Everything about our stay here was great, from the booking and communication to the easy check in. The location was perfect and the condo was clean and spacious! Huge balcony with a great view. The condo was equipped with everything you need! The pool and grounds were well maintained. The owners provide two awesome beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to use, which was extremely convenient for us to not have to pack any with us. Two restaurants we enjoyed were Felix’s Oyster House and Whiskey Joe’s Bar and Grill. Our three day stay here was perfect and would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful Condo

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo! The view was gorgeous. The condo was decorated well, clean, and had all the amenities we would need. The walk to the beach was just a few steps. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating with all questions/requests. The king bed was nice and roomy, but had a foam pad that made it a little too soft for our liking, but it was removable and the mattress was very comfortable otherwise. We definitely plan to stay here again!
