*Discounts for stays 7 days or longer* - Recently updated with subtle coastal colors to evoke a relaxing atmosphere, this one-bath unit features one bedroom with king bed and a queen murphy bed in the living room (way better than a sleeper sofa). The large balcony overlooks the pool with the Villas on the Gulf private beach access just steps away. Located approximately 3 miles from Casino Beach and the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, you can completely escape the hustle and bustle but are still just a quick trolley ride (10-15 mins) to reach shops and restaurants. The trolley stop sits conveniently at the front entrance of the Villas on the Gulf complex (<5 min walk).

The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee pot, toaster, mixer and blender. Walk-in master closet provides plenty of storage space for luggage.

We had a great time. The beach was lovely. The condo was comfortable especially the king bed. The Murphy bed was too by all accounts! We used the excellent beach chairs a couple of times. The condo was clean. The kitchen could do with some newer pots and pans for cooking.The A/C was nice and cold.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

My family had a great time staying on this property. The house was located close to the beach, very clean, additional beach supplies, and the owner was great with communication! We will be back and highly recommend staying here.

The pictures don't do this property justice, it's so spacious with easy beach access. This property has everything you need for a wonderful stay at Pensacola Beach.

We loved our 2 month stay at the villas. The condo was just as pictured and was very comfortable. The owner was very attentive to any of our needs. We would definitely stay again. Possibly longer. Short boardwalk onto magnificent beach.

Location was very good, easy walk to beach. Outdoor shower was super helpful, pool was nice. Condo was exactly as described! Floaties, beach chairs, and umbrella were handy. Beach activities were near by and very accessible.

Always look forward to my beach getaway here!

This well decorated, clean and comfortable condo is always welcoming to me when I arrive. The owners put much care in providing a beach home away from home that meets all my needs. The pristine white sand beach is just a few steps away from your door and is as beautiful as they get. I highly recommend this beach vacation condo.

Family vacation

This was our second time staying at this property. We spent 7 nights at the property and had no issues. It was clean and comfortable. We love the location, it is on the east side of Pensacola Beach and close to Gulf Islands National Seashore where we prefer to spend our beach days.

Exactly as Pictured

The two of us stayed a month and were quite comfortable. Extremely quiet area during the weekdays with a little more activity on the weekends. Perfect walk to the beach and nice lanai overlooking the pool. Good communication by the owner.

My stay was wonderful, not 5 stars wonderful but lovely. Place was relatively clean, bed is nice and shower flows hot. Communal pool is lackluster and subject to the public crazies. The walk to the beach is nice and short which I loved! I loved the single life vibe of the place with the hideaway bed for any guests which came in clutch when my brother and kiddo stayed over before his wedding day. The Nest AC is oddly configured and several times it stopped running if no movement was detected for a period of time. The bedroom gets way too hot even with it set on 70. Clear instructions on checkout. Otherwise a great stay.

Great little place!

We wanted to find a smaller condo, since it was just me and my husband. It was nice to find a place that was perfect size for us. And very affordable. Had a small hiccup in the beginning with the cleaning crew, but the host took care of it and was very professional, polite, and accommodating. We had a great time and loved how close it was to the board walk and outdoor shower. We spent most of our time on the beautiful beach and enjoying a quiet little getaway. The beach wasn’t busy. We will definitely be staying again and would recommend for a group 2-4.

Wonderful 7 weeks

We love Villas of the gulf. Close to beach and great pompino fishing. Even though this was a one bedroom there was plenty of room for us. Almost all the comforts of home for a long term stay except for washer and dryer. Very responsive host. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Wish Mr Weather would have cooperated with us in February. Lots of restaurants close by for those of us not wanting to cook. Wonderful stay; until next year.

Great place, great location

Our stay at The Villas was great. The condo was very nice and the location was good too. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All we had to do was cross the parking lot and walk a very short distance to the beach. The beach was very clean. We will go back and stay in this same condo if it is available. Our only problem was there was a Parental Control on the Netflix app so we couldn’t watch Netflix. It really upset us. The Parental Control needs to be removed and make the parents be responsible for kids not watching something they shouldn’t. Other than this, our stay was perfect.
