Great views!

Roomy and comfortable with amazing views! Close to many things to do and places to eat. Great gym, nice pool, amazing beach! Bring your own chairs and umbrella if you can otherwise you’ll need to rent.

Great Location; missing necessities in condo

We've stayed at the beach club for years and enjoy the location, pool, setup, etc. Beach is clean and proximity to the boardwalk is a plus.We were only given 1 key fob (which is required to re-enter the building). This was difficult with multiple family members as someone would be stuck in the pool area waiting for another guest to open the door. In past years, we were always given 2.The condo was clean and spacious, but had low supplies of cups/mugs and plates. We were a group of 5.

Nice accommodations with no issues

Our stay was nice. The condo was clean & had no issues with entry (had seen previous reviews indicating issues with codes). It was super nice being able to go directly to our condo when we arrived while my sister had to check into an office. The condo had a great layout with the master overlooking the gulf side & the other 2 rooms with bay views. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We typically stay at Portofino but tried the Beach Club this time. The location was great but we definitely missed the amenities that Portofino offers! It was also very annoying having different codes for the gate, building/elevator, pool and room.

Wonderful!

We loved everything about our BeachClub experience. The condo was well appointed and immaculate. It was even more spacious than we imagined. The pictures while excellent didn’t do it justice! The view was breathtaking. I just wish we had more time to spend there.

Birthday Beach weekend

We enjoyed this property. It was in a great location and a good size for 3 couples. It was spacious, clean and had most thing we needed. We always bring extras (ziplock bags, extra kitchen towels, utensils etc) that we always seem to need. Beautiful view of the beach. Had the wrong door code but was quickly fixed by the management company. Would stay again if I’m the area.

Great experience!

The place was gorgeous! It is our goal to stay here once a year. The balcony is amazing and the largest I’ve seen. I wrote the owner 5 times starting about 3 weeks before we arrive up until the day we arrived. I didn’t get a single response. Other than that it is amazing !!!!

The condo was great! Plenty of space and location was wonderful. Checkin process was harder than expected as the code didn’t work. We called the number provided and the first time got hung up on after a 7 minute wait and then called back for the second time and received some help. Five codes later, she just gave us a code (that I’m assuming is for the cleaners) and said to just use it instead of a normal code. Overall checkin took about 20 minutes standing outside the condo. Without the checkin process, 5 stars.

Very outdated!!

The mattress was so horrible, my husband could not even sleep on it. I did and my back is killing me now. Also, the coffee pot did not work, the front door was FILTHY, not a very good first impression AND there was bird poop all over the chairs and table out on balcony. The furniture is very outdated and all wood chairs at dining table and bar. The Couch and chair were so uncomfortable too.

Great place for a family

We decided to stay on fairly short notice and were fortunate to find this location. After initial issues of being able to enter due to a problem with the code, the stay was wonderful. The view is amazing and beach access is quick and easy. There are multiple places to eat within walking distance that are excellent. There are also shops and a food mart within walking distance. Parking was easy and readily available in the large lot in front of the building. The hot tub outside was nice too. We did not use the outdoor or indoor pool but both looked nice. It was a quiet place to stay in regards to neighbors but the construction work next door starts early (around 7) and may wake you if you are not an early riser. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils to use. The best parts of the condo were Kitchen Large jacuzzi tub Great patio off of living and master bedroom Washer and dryer in condo Easy Beach access Many places within walking distance The drawbacks Condo does need some updating Better explanation needed for fobs left on counter Access codes

Beach Club

The location of the property is excellent. Secure parking, pool, easy access to beach was very nice. The amenities are above and beyond.The condo was a great layout with the oversize balcony. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and ware. I really liked the glass banister on the balcony instead of iron ones with holes, for the little child. Only downsides was the bed was very hard, which some might like. The neighbor left a fan on throughout the stay, sounding like a jet taking off. The last was the floors were a smidge unclean, turning your feet bottoms dirty. But it was great weekend get away.

Underwhelming amenities

Condo entry keypad took numerous attempts to open. Property manager had to use the maintenance code to get in. Very frustrating and cause for anxiety each entry. Having stayed in over 20 rentals through the years, I expect beach towels at a beach resort,None provided. No pen, no paper, no tape. No salt, pepper, sugar etc. These types of convenience items has been at every rental. Sinks need repair, master bed is scary when you turn over. 6 coffee cups, few drinking glasses, we bought some plastic glasses to use. Beautiful balcony, but 4 chairs and 2 loungers . Just not the kind of VRBO that I am expecting or used to.
