This stunning two-bedroom Sky Home offers sweeping panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Sound, with eastern-facing vistas that greet you with breathtaking sunrises each morning. Floor-to-ceiling windows in both bedrooms frame the tranquil water beautifully, while the private balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening overlooking the Sound.

The thoughtfully designed layout comfortably accommodates up to six guests, featuring a king bed in the primary bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The expansive balcony is equipped with a convenient electric grill for effortless outdoor dining.

Located on the 6th floor of Tower 4, this Sky Home is ideally situated adjacent to the Lifestyle Center. Guests enjoy a heated pool and spa at the base of the tower, with beach access just 100 yards away—making it easy to enjoy both Sound-side serenity and the sugar-white sands of the Gulf.

Guests have full access to all resort amenities, including the fitness center, five Hydro Clay tennis courts, and beaches on both the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico.

Amazing Property

The condo and resort were absolutely beautiful only thing we had a issue with was not being able to check in until 6 pm because they said they had to wait on a inspector to come check the room after it was cleaned but we found clothes and things under the dresser in the bedroom

Nice place!

This resort is very nice. My sisters, niece and I stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the pool and the restaurant right next to the pool. The food was amazing! The unit itself was nice and comfortable. I would say for future guests it would be helpful to have some information in the unit explaining different things you can do while in Pensacola. We learned on the way to the airport that a ferry can be taken to downtown Pensacola and there are nice restaurants there as well. We would have done this if we had known. Maybe add and additional chair to the balcony, there were 3 chairs and we had 4 people. Also the walk to the beach is long. We are more pool people so it was fine but I was unaware of the long walk there. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

The property is nice but is aging in some areas. I was very disappointed in the following: 1. The electric grill did not work well and when I turned it on huge sparks came out of it. This could be a fire hazard. 2. The televisions were very difficult to figure out and no local/sports/news channels was very disappointing. Only streaming is not a good choice. 3. There were no curtains in the master bedroom. 4. The towels were old and harsh. 5. Minimal paper towels/and toiletry. 6. Shelf in the fridge was broken. 7. Washer and Dryer are outdated and very, very noisy. As a result of these disappointing items I am requesting a $250.00 credit on my account. No additional reviews will be made.
