Experience the luxury of a 30A-inspired home located directly on Pensacola beach, which was named the “Most Beautiful Place in Florida” by Conde Nast Traveler. As you step into this professionally designed home, you’re greeted by breathtaking Gulf of Mexico views and elegant finishes highlighting the coastal shiplap throughout. The open concept living area displays windows overlooking the sugar-white sand beach and emerald waters, providing a wonderful space to entertain. Enjoy gorgeous views while preparing meals in the chef-style kitchen, featuring an island with seating for 4, inset cabinetry, quartz countertops, SubZero refrigerator, 6-burner gas range, and double oven. The dining area comfortably seats 12, and the entire living space offers easy access to the expansive covered balcony. The master bedroom suite is a private oasis with direct access to the gulf-front balcony and the en suite bathroom includes double vanities, marble countertops, soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and large walk-in closet. On the 1st living level you will discover 3 additional bedrooms which all have their own en suite bathrooms, including a secondary gulf-front master suite. On the 2nd living level, discover another gathering room with built-in bunkbeds, living area, wet bar with beverage refrigerator, and access to a second gulf-front balcony. Two bedrooms are on either side of the living space, one being a gulf-front junior master with en suite bathroom. A full-size bathroom completes this living space.
