Located just steps from the beautiful white sands and clear water of Pensacola beach, this updated 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom town home has plenty of space to entertain the whole family. The home's balcony overlooks the pond where families can enjoy feeding the ducks, fish, and turtles. The kitchen contains a complimentary coffee bar for guests to enjoy. Guests will have access to 2 pools on the property each of which have free Wifi.

Gated community with access to both pools and beach access. There is a pond stocked with fish and turtles. The garage fits 3 large vehicles and possibly 4 smaller ones. Additional parking is nearby.

Loved the accommodations, would have liked ocean view but were more than pleased with condo. There were lots of stair climbing. Host/owner was prompt to respond to questions. Would definitely recommend

beach condo

very good location,the kitchen was very disorganized with the pots and pans and had to search for stuff ,was lots of spices ,,no beach towels ,and the wagon needed to have larger wheels ,was hard to go on sand ,may need more dish washing towels in the kitchen , could not find a potatoes peeler ,and only had 1 large coffee cup ,all the others were small and some pots did not have the right size lids and more pot holders would be nice ,the fridge might be too cold the cantaloupe froze in the fridge in the back part of the fridge.and the web site said there was a hot tub ,no hot tub on property and the pool was not heated and duck poop was in the pool ,but over all was a good location ,close to everything,had lots of sand toys .

Pensacola Beach Paridise

This is the 4th time we have rented a unit in the Regency Cabanas. The access to the beach is very convenient. The unit we rented was very well furnished and clean. The provided amenities were well appreciated. The 2 pools were relaxing and never crowded. A great place to stay with family and friends on Pensacola Beach.

We had a fantastic time! The condo was perfect for our group. It was easy access to the beach, and the added bonus of being on the pond made the grandchildren so happy. They fed the fish, ducks and turtles everyday. We will definitely be returning!

Pensacola Wedding

There were 12 of us staying in this Unit. Our family was there for a wedding. The beach was about a half a block away and the pool was right outside our front door. It was a gated community so you needed a code to get in. We loved it! Nice big table. Living room was nice and we had 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Worked out good for us. Some restaurants were close, along with grocery stores, etc., but you had to drive. Off our balcony was a pond/little lake with turtles and fish in it. We bought turtle food at WalMart so we could feed them. We would definitely rent this condo again!
