"Love this hotel, balcony overlooking the beach and water is a beautiful view!"

"Clean room: I request to the staff please clean the toilet properly. No body show to do that. Staff: front desk have to be patient with non English speaker. (One of the front desk staff have to speak Spanish.. FLORIDA have a big Spanish population … ) Breakfast: not complain, decent, clean, organized, nice staff. 👍 Outdoor pool: one of the pool was closed for maintenance. You have to notice that in the web page. All the families in one pool ( Mother’s Day weekend) imagining that !!! 😓 To ending… if you give a service, give a quality service… the pool towels was with holes and old. My experience was not better than a motel 6 hotels… except for the breakfast."

"The room that I was given was too small. For the price that was paid for being on the beach, the room is expected to be an average size. This was not. Also, the walls are paper thin, literally. You could hear EVERY MOVEMENT AND WORD that was said from outside and adjoining rooms. Recommendation is a last resort. "

" Check in was chaotic as they couldn’t even get the key card to read. Had to be let in room by staff and get key card later. Breakfast was terrible. Stale bagels that fall apart when pulling apart. Egg n Muffin soggy. No bacon EVER! Just a rubbery sausage patties. Was not impressed with our stay here. "

"The beach view and beach access was excellent. The hot breakfast was very good. My room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the mini fridge and small microwave. My only complaint was the loud, noisy air conditioner."
