Recently renovated with new flooring and a refreshed kitchen backsplash, this cozy beach retreat is the perfect home base for families and small groups. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, an open living area with a sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, and a charming twin sleeping nook tucked beneath the stairs. Just a short walk from the beach, you'll be close to local restaurants, shopping, and everything Pensacola Beach has to offer.

    The upstairs is designed as an intimate, family-friendly sleeping space. The primary bedroom features a king bed and is separated from the second bedroom by a sliding partition door rather than a traditional wall, creating two distinct sleeping areas while maintaining the condo's cozy footprint. The second bedroom includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests, and the upstairs also includes a full bathroom. The condo was very clean and just as described. We did not receive our check in codes until 4:00p.m. the day of check in, which concerned me a little. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked (there were only four pans for cooking and no drinking glasses). We enjoy staying in and cooking ( not the average vacationer). There was also no hair dryer(not a deal breaker, but one less thing I packed, thinking it was one provided). We also had some difficulty with the response time of the hos t(they stated they were having phone and computer issues). Our A/C went out, I notified them at 10:30 a.m. and they said a repair crew should be there in a couple hours. We left for the day and when we returned at 4:30 p.m. it was not fixed and I had to reach out again. They did get someone over and the issue was resolved. It was in a good location overall. Close to several local restaurants. Over all it was a great condo and we enjoyed our stay!

We would not recommend renting. While we had issues with the rental with cleanliness and condition by far the biggest issue was with the manager of Pensacola Beach Properties. While we chose not to stay the first two nights of our 3 night stay because of the condition we asked them to keep it open for our 3rd night. However, we were locked out of the rental by the manager when we tried to obtain a refund or some resolution. His exact words were not only am Iโ€™m not going to give you any of your money back, but Iโ€™m gonna also lock you out of the unit. We said you canโ€™t do that because we have paid in full and he said I can do that and I will do that. In fact, he did do that. We were locked out. We have rented many places for many years and never have we ran across a manager who was as disrespectful as him. For any business to take your money and not allow you access to the product paid for is just so wrong.
