Perfect location

Has a perfect view being bay front, and piers to walk out on. Close to everything, beach included. Overall a great place to stay. Will definitely look into it again in the future

Condo was nice and clean.Great spot on a private beach and only a short 2 minute walk from the public beach access. Definitely will stay again!

Clean and comfortable

Went there for a wedding and stayed a week. The condo was so comfortable! Spacious kitchen, just a quit trip to the grocery got us everything we needed. Right on the bay side so the beach was calm and perfect. Even saw a group of dolphins from the boardwalk! Conveniently located to everything. Covered parking a plus. Staff texted to welcome us and provided a contact if we needed anything.

Definitely needs some updating and some repairs. Looks like other building have already began the process. Location was great actual condo needed some work.

It was a wonderful stay. The dishwasher was not working when we arrived, but the staff was kind and helpful. It is a very peaceful place, and the private beach is my favorite! We will be staying again!

Overall the property was very nice and as expected. There were a few minor issues that should have been addressed before we arrived such as broken blinds, missing door knobs, replacing light bulbs, and the cleaning crew left a load of wet towels in the washing machine.

Cheer Competition Stay

We rented this place to come to a cheer competition and enjoy the beach. We absolutely loved having a private beach area for the little kids (2&5). We will definitely be back!

Great stay, perfect location and size for a reasonable price. But we knew this because we used to own at this address. As an owner/investor we always went the extra mile to pay attention to every detail so guests would have the ultimate experience. I could tell that this unit was well used, and basically an investment only and could have been stocked with more amenities and extras specifically in the kitchen and outdoor furniture etc. My reason for 4 stars is that and some communication issues about Wi-Fi and check in. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

Amazing Views!

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. I chose this unit because it was right on the water and I'm so glad I did! We decided to stay an additional 2 days at the beach, but had to rent a different unit because another guest had already rented this one. We weren't on the water in the other unit and I missed it so much! I'd definitely rent this unit again! :)

Great location

The condo was in need of updating. The spare bedroom restroom and the downstairs 1/2 bathroom must have been leaking because they kept running.The carpet going up the stairs was stained. There was repairs going on in the front Condos so maybe it won't be long before these are updated.

Nice place bad advertising

I only thing is the ad for the condo shows beach side. And it is not on the beach side it is on the BAY side. You think you are paying for the beach and you get the bay. Pretty much false advertisement. So hard to lug all your beach stuff, ice chest, chairs etc. all the way down and across the street. We wanted to have a place to come to every year, unfortunately it won’t be here. I would fix your advertisement.

I’m starting with the cons of this property because some are important concerns for future renters.Cons: the deck boards are rotten and the nails are sticking out everywhere which was a major hazard with having a toddler running around barefoot from the beach, the windows all had a foggy film on them so you didn’t have a clear view of the water which was truly disappointing, the master bath toilet is loose and not secure to the floor, the second bedroom bathroom doorknob was broken and made you feel like you were trapped before getting it open, the master bedroom gets very hot at night time, there is no salt, pepper, or seasonings, there is no swing as shown in the pictures.Pros: you walk down the steps and you are on the beach, the water is bayside and very calm and great for kids, there is an outdoor shower to rinse off and a hose, the pool is deep from 4.5’ - 6.5’ , there is convenient beach access directly across the street to the gulf side, check in was super easy with a code, parking is directly under the unit and only 1 flight of stairs to enter the unit, the unit was clean, the temp stayed cool (except the master bedroom), basic kitchen utensils and pots and pans, wine fridge, each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is a half bath on the main level.Overall we were comfortable and enjoyed the private beach that was just steps out the door!
