What a View and Everything New ,5 min Walk to Worlds Whitest Beach #6A

Panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, Santa Rosa Sound and Pensacola Bay make this 6th floor corner unit unique. Our first guest described her stay as “Heaven on Earth”. Locals say we live in Paradise. Definitely a place to relax and live in the moment.

Melanie and her crew did a great job choosing comfortable colors and finishes. No this is not a model unit. What you see is the condo your renting. The mattresses and linens are all new and comfy. The kitchen is outfitted with new pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Everything you need to prepare a meal except the food. Or don’t cook at all given there are 10 good restaurants all within walking distance. I forgot to mention all new stainless appliances too.

The beach is a 5 minute walk across Ft. Pickens Rd.
Bring your favorite beach chair or rent one from the beach service. Your boat, kayak or paddle board are welcome too. The pool is larger than most with lots of lounges. Pickle ball several days a week.

Pensacola Beach bay view condo

Our stay and condo were both wonderful. Great host, extremely clean unit and building with many friendly people staying here. Close to many beaches and bayside view was very pleasant and relaxing.Thanks again for a wonderful stay, will definitely do it again

Beautiful view of the pool, bay, and Gulf from the balcony. Easy walking distance to beach access and to restaurants and live music. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little vacation home!

Booked this condo for a fun family vacation, and had an amazing time. The owner was super responsive and very thorough with all the amenities and check in/out. You basically have everything you need staying here. There’s a great little patio in the back with a few grills along with a pool. Place was super clean and very cozy. Next time we visit we will be booking with this host again. 10/10 stay!

We had a delightful time. The views are as good as advertised. The location is convenient and the unit is comfortable. The next time I head to Pensacola, if that unit is available, I won't have to look anywhere else. That is where I'll stay.

Outstanding condo

We had a beautiful view and excellent accommodations. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room; bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect as well. Besides going to the beach and eating out, our favorite pastime was sitting on the balcony looking at that gorgeous view. The sunsets were amazing.

Great Location and View of the Bay!

We had a great stay and so did our dog! This is a clean condo and the host responds very quickly with any questions you might have. The view of the bay is awesome and we used the balcony a lot to sit and relax. The building has a nice gym, laundry facility, and plenty of grass out front and in the back if you’re bringing a dog. The beds are comfortable and the condo is nicely furnished. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our 2nd stay at Ron’s condo!! It is clean and has all the necessary items you will need everyday. Very good customer service, if you have to message Ron about anything he will answer right away!

Great beach condo

We arrived and everything was as expected. Super clean. We needed a later checkout and he was very nice to accomodate us. Our flight was delayed by a full day! It is on the sound side, but woth a bery large balcony. Everything you need to cook. Ac works very well and there are floor fans if needed. Would recommend and stay here again!

February Break

As a break from the Midwestern winter, this was just what we needed. The unit is in a clean, well-kept building with views on all sides. The condo was bright, comfortable and well-equipped for even a longer stay. Our dog was happy to meet other fur friends and take easy walks between visits to the dog beach. And the host, Ron, was responsive and easy to communicate with. The west side of Pensacola Beach had a chill vibe + Fort Pickens and Peg Leg Pete's. Worth the stay!
