House keeping walked in without knocking at 830 in the morning and I was wasn’t clothed even though check out is 11. Beach was closed as well due to work without letting us know before booking. When I tried speaking to a manager about my concerns I was met with no manger to be found.

First, this is more of a motel than a hotel as the rooms open to the outside. It also advertises a "private beach" but it is a very small area with a few chairs that leads to the bay (not the ocean).
