We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great. The pool was very nice and the beach access was perfect. The bedding smelled a bit musty, like it needed a good laundering. The microwave smelled very strongly like whatever had last been heated in there. Other than that, it was perfect!

Excellent condo!

My husband and I really enjoyed our visit. Although Hurricane Francine crashed most of our visit, we were extremely cozy and conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to go. We came in and the place was really cleaned and smelt good. Robert was checking in on us and answered calls and texts quickly. We are definitely coming back here next visit.

Beach girl vacation

My sister and 4 nieces and I spent the week here and had a great time. Loved the proximity of the condo to the beach. Our condo had everything we needed. Great location to all the local attractions and restaurants.

Great Location with beach view

Location was great with a few restraunts, shops and sweets within walking distance. Other restaurants were just a short drive. Great views of the gulf!!! Condo had everything you would need. Communication was great with detailed arrival and departure instructions. instructions.

Weekend Getaway

Upon arrival we could smell how clean the condo was. It was amazing. Location was absolutely perfect. The views were breathtaking. Everyone we encountered at the complex was friendly. Definitely plan to book again in the future.

Beach Fun

Great location across from shops, restaurants, and snowball stand. Beautiful views of the gulf and white sands. Nicely decorated corner condo. Kitchen was stocked with cups, pans, etc. loved every minute!

Perdido Skye vacation

Excellent location, excellent faculties. There was work being performed. while there. The work had been delayed and no control from owner. It is a great place to stay. I'll go back to Perdido Skye for sure. (Thanks Shelly)

Left early

Pool closed. They sent me a message prior to my arrival stating that there was an emergency maintenance repair but should be up soon. The entire pool deck was gone and under construction. The boardwalk beach access wasn't accessible due to this issue. I wasn't about to walk around the construction site on unlevel sand when I have back and hip issues. As far as cleanliness, sand all on tge bed, mold all over the shower curtain liner. I was only there 12 hours. This was my birthday present to myself on my first available day/weekend off this year and I was completely upset. No pool, no beach access, mold. Will not be back.

Great LOCATION! Walked right up to the condo with no difficulties! Day One, washer gave trouble, within a few hours someone was there to fix it! Very Clean upon arrival! GREAT FAMILY AREA for beach access and pool! Beautiful balcony view! Would Definitely come back to stay again!

Great place to unwind!

A great choice for our much needed vacation! Booking online was easy, communication was excellent and the property was perfect! The team was attentive and responsive which speaks volumes when locating a vacation property. Our Surfs Edge condo was awesome! The view from the 7th floor was just as described. All amenities we needed were provided. Place was clean and neat. Wish we could stay longer, but our time there was just what we needed.

Had a great time, room was clean and as described. Only a few things could be better; such as the dryer doesn’t dry very well, the bedroom TV remotes didn’t work, and a few more cooking utensils would be great. We also knew going on there was construction going on, however we didn’t expect to be bothered first thing in the morning to replace a door hinge that absolutely could have waited until we checked out the next day. Overall it was great and we would stay again!

Great Getaway!

We wanted a place on the beach with a beach view at a good price. That is exactly what we got! Property was as expected. Beach was amazing!! Loved the restaurant across the street. You can walk across and get delicious food and drinks. I would recommend getting a Bushwacker! Would definitely come back!

Great condo right on the beach

This was perfect for our family of 6. We brought a wagon to transport our chairs and things to the beach. It was pretty quiet and easy for our kids to build sandcastles and play. The pool was perfect for my kids too, nothing fancy but great for them to swim if they were tired of the ocean. The snow cone place across the street was delicious and so was the Island restaurant next to it. We had the best week here, laundry to do our clothes, the view was beautiful. Easy check in and check out! I can't wait to come back.

Great beach front condo in Perdido Key, FL

Nice property! Pretty beach decor thru out the unit! Clean, comfortable and has everything you need for kitchen, linens, bedding! HVAC works great, unit stayed cold but did smell abit moldy/mildew smell which we brought Lysol and air freshers to combat the odor! There was a lot of noise coming from workers repairing exterior of the building which was ongoing the 5 days we were there! We loved being so close to the water! Only 1 elevator serving 7 floors, so sometimes it was a wait to use! Pool was clean, warm and nice to swim in! You can rent chairs at beach but pricey! We would stay at this property again! Great/helpful staff too!

Perdido Skye 2019

We LOVE Perdido Beach and Perdido Skye. We especially loved #76, the corner unit, top floor, very quiet. In fact, thinking about renting the same unit next year. We did not like the elevator being down for 4 days while being on the 7th floor. There was some confusion about a parking tag for the condo, but it was figured out, love southern hospitality. Looking forward to 2020 in Perdido Key!

Terrible experience

Unit was not as nice as pictured . Had three days with workers replacing front door and frame , still not finished. No privacy with that , came in one afternoon with the door wide open and the workers gone to lunch . Had to hide our valuables every day . Elevator not working for a day and a half , staying on seventh floor walking up and down steps inexcusable. Found out when we got there they are painting exterior of building so we had to park across the street in strip mall parking lot . Not very happy , will not be back !

Dirty Den

This was the worst place in the eight year of wintering in this area. The apartment was filthy. It had black mold on the ceiling in the living room and ran along the crown molding. Black mold around all the windows. ( cleaned it my self) after the maintenance man sprayed with mold kill and left saying he would turn it in. The mattress in the bedroom is broke down and needs to be replaced. Kitchen venting on microwave needs through cleaning. The carpet in the living room was so dirty i rolled it up and stored it against the wall. NOTE: fire and replace the cleaning people and the property management company.
