Everything we wanted and more!

The Waterscape A305 condo is amazing and surpassed expectations. The condo had everything we needed and items we didn't even know we needed but took advantage of and enjoyed! Communication with the owner was the best I've ever experienced with a rental property. Barbara was available when we texted or called and communicated necessary information early and often. We would definitely stay again and are now interested in checking Barbara's Gatlinburg property as well!

Everything you need

This vacation was absolutely wonderful. The condo floor plan was a perfect layout, which accommodated our family well. The owner had plenty of beach toys, which my daughter loved.

Loved our stay!

We have vacationed in this area for the last 3 years and this was our favorite property by far! It was clean and beautifully decorated with gorgeous views of the beach! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all of the supplies you need to prepare meals. We will definitely be back!

We love Waterscape

We love staying at Waterscape. Such a great property for families! This condo was a great location near an elevator which we loved. The host was so great about communicating with us prior to and during the vacation! Recommend this unit and overall property for families.

Waterscape A305

Condo was great. Very easy to communicate with owner. All questions were answered timely. Condo had everything needed. AC worked good. Beds were super comfortable. Parking instructions were clear. We stayed here for baseball tournament and family vacation. Pool area was awesome. Kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river. Nightly activities on property were a plus.

Great Spot to Bring in the New Year

Couples trip to FWB to bring in the new year. We were able to view the fireworks from the balcony. I loved the spacing of the bedrooms. Location was within walking distance of many restaurants. The host supplied basics to help until we got to the store. Great spot. The ocean view from the balcony was beautiful; both bathrooms had separate tubs and huge showers. I would stay again.

Perfect Spot!

This was a surprise trip for my husband’s 50th birthday. We are not beach people- but we like to hear it, see it, and smell it from our room. From this balcony, you can see the lazy river to the Hilton Garden Inn next door, and the beach in front of the Hilton Garden Inn. That sufficed his need for the see, smell, and sound of the beach. The room was super clean and had lots of room. Would 10/10 stay here again! Thanks for a great condo, Barbara!

Beautiful condo and the view was amazing

I just want to say this condo was nothing short of amazing! The condo was everything we dreamed of! It was two master suites, balcony access from both masters and living room with a view of the Gulf of Mexico! We didn’t have children with us, but also had a bunk room for the kiddos and a pull out sleeper sofa! The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance, pots and pans, and dishes that you would ever need! Barbara was absolutely amazing to work with, she answered any questions almost instantly! We will definitely be booking with her again! The pool are was amazing with so many pools, two hot tubs, and lazy river! Only steps to the pool area and the beach! My concern was parking and our dodge ram four door fit in the parking deck, as with many other condos we had trouble accommodating a pickup in covered parking decks! I.have stayed most of my life vacationing in the Fort Walton and Destin area and this is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in! Thanks, Barbara for sharing your beautiful condo with us! We look forward to staying with you again soon!

Great- Clean- Conveniently Located Condo

We had a great stay in A305! Barbara was very helpful leading up to our trip and was quick to answer any questions for us. Check in was easy- print out the sheet she gives you, or save it in your notes section in your phone so you have the codes accessible. The property was very clean. The bathrooms/showers could fit a whole family in there and the water pressure/temp was on point! The mattress in the master room does need some help. Clean condo, beautiful view from the side looking directly out to the ocean and pier. The condo is fully equipped and Barbara went ABOVE and BEYOND to get us a high chair for our stay, and had all the other amenities that you could need. Their attention to detail on your starter pack for laundry, and household items was great!. We would love to attend this property again during high season. OUT OF OWNERS CONTROL: they are doing lots of maintenance on the property so, for 1.5 days the heated pool was inaccessible, and the main pool is completely shut down for remodeling at this time. They also were re doing the building wifi so that was spotty as we were trying to work. They were Upgrading of the fire alarm system for two days and the alarms were constantly going off. OTHER THAN THAT- the property is AMAZING,and in the warmer weather would be great for families or couples who want to get away. We love this area and Waterscape was so easily accessible to everything from restaurants, to activities etc. We will definitely stay again

Cleanliness was the only issue

We have stayed at Waterscape for 7 years now and this was our first experience entering a dirty condo. We called Barbara and immediately notified her of our issues. She sent the cleaner to come correct the changes but sadly he only cleaned the toilets. And brought sheets out of the new package(never washed) and placed on the beds. There was food left on the balcony, the beds did not have any sheets on them just an obviously dirty comforter, hairs left all over the showers and flooring of the bathroom, bathroom mirrors had tooth paste splatter on them, the windows to the balcony hadn’t been cleaned in some time, you could barely see the beautiful ocean right outside the condo! The view was priceless and the furnishing of the condo were very nice with a full kitchen. The fridge was broken but still kept our items cold. The towels were dirty and when mentioned of the strong cigarette odor we had to wash them ourself in order to get clean towels. I think the only issue here is the current cleaning service whom pretended to clean but otherwise just chilled in the room all day with their family instead. We hope Ms Barbara can find a new cleaning company to make her condo great again! It truly is an amazing condo with great views right outside the elevator access to the beach. With great furnishings with antique furniture it was a great vacation space.

Wonderful vacation rental!

We enjoyed our stay at Waterscape 305A very much. This resort was very family oriented. Perfect place for family and kids! Our condo was great! Very comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen and baths had everything we needed when we arrived. The unit was clean and fresh.The bed was so comfortable. It had a very nice memory foam mattress that is similar to my mattress at home. I slept well! The condo is on the side of the building away from the pool and was very quite. I liked parking on the 3rd level in the parking garage and walking straight to our unit. The hall is long but no need for an elevator.There is a good view of the gulf and pier. The view is better than most on the side of the building but you will also see the side of the hotel next door. We used the elevators to go to the pool and beach and had no problems with wait times. The pools are fantastic for all ages. I have to say that the best part of this rental experience was the owner. She made us feel very welcome and appreciated. The owner stayed in contact with me from the beginning. She was always available for any thing we needed. We appreciated her recommendations for delicious seafood restaurants and things to do in the area. She was great at making sure we had all the codes and building information we needed. BEST owner and I would love to rent from her again!

Enjoyed our stay and the location is great. Kitchen was well stocked. The views are great from the balcony. Only issue was cleanliness - I Sent photos to owner re cleanliness and she said she was going to have it deep cleaned.
