This great 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium is located in building 4 on the 4th floor. Enjoy gorgeous views of the gulf-front pool and the Gulf of Mexico from your living room and bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a great meal if you decide to eat-in. The spacious living room has a queen sofa sleeper and access to the large balcony. The bedroom has a king size bed with a view of the Gulf. It's just a short walk to the beach, pool and all the amenities El Matador has to offer.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

We had a wonderful stay! The view was gorgeous! Place is alittle dated and could use updated items throughout - but all in all, i would stay there again if discounted. The overall property where condo is is perfect for beach or pool enthusiasts

Perfect Beach Condo!

We had the best stay in our beachfront condo!! The El Matador is an older, but really nice beach condo community. We didn’t use the amenities but they have so many to offer. Staying in Building 4 was also the best because we were the closest to the beach! We loved the location and how there is a 17 mile protected beach on the right side. We had gorgeous views from the condo of the pool and ocean. Then out the front door we could see the ocean, protected dunes, and also the sound and Fort Walton Beach. The condo was so clean and cute! We definitely hope to be back!
