Totally updated 2 bedroom 2 bath home in a central location between 9th Avenue and Davis Hwy- 3783 E Olive Road. Spacious open concept living room with large sectional and 75” TV plus a dining table that accommodates 6. Remodeled kitchen with quartz counters and stainless appliances. Vinyl plank throughout the entire home. Remodeled bathrooms with one walk in shower and a second bath with shower/tub combo. Washer and dryer in home. Two spacious bedrooms including a primary suite with walk-in.

You're welcome to bring a vehicle! There is a parking space for each home and a couple guest spaces.

No cats, breaking this riule will result in a $500 fine plus pet fee.
