DO NOT STAY HERE! THIS PLACE TOOK MY MONEY AND REFUSED TO REFUND ME! After a long day of traveling, when I finally got to this dump, I walked in to the lobby area with the front desk guy Indian guy shouting and threatening a customer, telling her he was going to call the police on her. She was complaining of getting a dirty room.... I quietly minded my business. I was finally given a room on the 3rd floor, but no elevators, had to climb stairs. It was almost 100 degrees outside that day in Pensacola. When I finally got to the room, I couldn't see through the window because it was all fogged up. I open the room up and entered into the pits of hell. The room was sweltering hot! The bathroom mirror was fogged up as well. I walked towards the bathroom because I had to go bad and had been holding it for hours. Well, the inside of the toilet was black and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting! Clearly, no one cleaned up this place. The beds looks slept on and the bedding was amuck. The floor was dirty with trash. I was not a happy camper. Fast forward, I new for the price I paid this place would have faults so I brought my own cleaning supplies and a mini dust buster! Well, I walked over to the a/c unit to turn on the air conditioning when the knob came completely off! The AC unit was clearly broken and did not work! I went back down to request a new room, but was refused by the man at the front desk. They took my money for the entire stay. Expedia has done nothing!

Perfect location for military family.

Right outside the Corry Station gate, walking distance for my young son & I to visit our Sailor! Also the lowest price in the area, making our visit affordable. Front desk staff very accommodating and friendly.

The room was in terrible shape. This was a non-smoking room as well. Took pictures to substantiate comments. The carpet by door was badly frayed. There was what appeared to be mold all over front of fridge. The microwave had no plate inside. There was profanity written on inside of door. The tub filled up above my ankles when showering due to extremely slow drainage. There was pieces of paper and a clip behind a chair in the room. The light bulb on lamp was blown. There was no smoke detector in room. The toilet seat was not secured. We have seen low budget motels in better shape than this property. It truly does not reflect The Choice Hotel chain. The room cost did not reflect the Quality we had anticipated not to mention Covid cleanliness.

i'm moving to pensacola, so i needed a place to stay till i could purchase a home. they put me in a room that had mold, ceiling was leaking and pieces of it was falling down. i complained to manager to move me to another room. it was 6 days later before they moved me. front desk was polite but at times at night no one was there for hours.

Room was really dirty and trash from previous guest was left in there. Sand piled in corners of bathroom. Towels had mascara on them. Bed blankets had cigarette burn holes and the pillows did as well. Overall dirty place!

Location ideal

Other than walking distance to Corry Station this hotel offered very little. Eric was friendly and made sure I was taken care of. Room was dirty. Building was run down. Prositutes and drug deals nightly. 20 minutes from the beach and airport. For what i paid i would have expected more.

I made the reservation June 13th to stay one night on June 30th. The hotel charged my card the full amount of the stay when I made the reservation. I cancelled the reservation on June 23rd and asked for a refund. I’ve called twice since then, and they have yet to issue a refund, saying they cannot find my name. I have never been charged the full amount of the stay at the time of reservation, is that normal?

We didnt like anything. The staff was really rude, and acted like the hotels were super nice or something. THEY WERE NOT!!! There was black mold, carpets was wet, roaches, and half of the stuff didnt work.

Worst place I’ve stayed in a long time. $200 a night for roaches, drug needles and paraphernalia, no tv, mold and a shower that wouldn’t drain and bubbled up soapy crap from the drain!!!! Be ware!!!

The overall location was great, however, the rooms were dirty. The toilet in our room had urine on the toilet seat. I had to clean it before I could use the bathroom. The tub was overall clean but the drain had hair left in it from the previous tenant I am guessing and the plug for the drain was corroded. One of the beds was broken. One of the workers wanted to charge my husband for an extra room key because he had forgotten ours while I was sleeping. The plug for the sink on the vanity was broken. The doors closed extremely loud. My husband witnessed a kid peeing down the stairs. The pool was closed the whole time. The room that had the ice machine, the ceiling was falling. A prostatute introduced herself to my husband. The workers were having sex in the rooms. There was no complimentary breakfast as advertised. The curtains in the room were broken. And there was no main light in the room. Only dim lamps.

Very unclean. Trash everywhere. There were beer bottles and cigarettes littered in the parking lot. The drains in the bathroom were all clogged and the floors had not been vacuumed in what looked like weeks. It smell like cigarettes in our room. I have stayed in a lot of cheap hotels in my day, but this had to be the worst experience that I have had.

I was first given a key that didn't work to open a room them after going back after getting a replacement key open the door to a FILTHY room. After telling front desk that the room was filty he tried to argue and say it wasn't. I asked hin has he looked at the room. When he gives me another room i asked if this kne was clean and he tells me to go and check. I told him its not my job to make sure the room is clean. He said if he dont like the room i can check out. As well wheni told him the first room was nasty befor he gave me a new room he asked me ifbi wanted to check out. I said i don't want to check out i want a clean room!!!!!!

Going down hill fast

This use to be one of my favorite hotels in Pensacola and i stayed here a lot in 2016-2017. Now its prob one ot the worst. The last few times this year i have stayed my rooms have all had issues with basic housekeeping like urine on toilets, mold, and i could go on...... The hotel looks like they have just done away with or have very little general maintance.

literally worst hotel experience ive ever had. 3 rooms and all were unbelievably gross. i have no words to explain the horror. just wow. i'll never understood how they arent shut down
