Gorgeous and peaceful

We had a fabulous time here! It was even more beautiful than the photos. Perfect location for a beach get-away. Love that it had what we needed close by and it was not busy like Pensacola. We definitely will be back!

We stayed in this condo before and loved it, but this trip was disappointing. When we arrived, the laundry room floor was covered in water. I reported it right away, but maintenance never came until Friday — after I found water in the bedroom. It turned out the air conditioner was leaking, and the laundry room and hallway stayed wet most of the week.The ice maker (one of the reasons we chose this unit again) didn’t work, and the guest room mattresses were very uncomfortable, though the master bed was great. The condo itself is clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen is well stocked — hopefully these maintenance and comfort issues will be fixed soon.

Sleeping arrangements inaccurate and missing check in materials

The overall location of this unit was amazing. The views were amazing. Checking into the condo was easy, however we were missing several items at check in. We didn’t have parking passes or wristbands in the unit. I contacted host, and they said they would be delivered the next morning. However, we lost an evening of using the amenities. The hotel security were checking wristbands in the pool area. We didn’t have wristbands that night so we couldn’t swim. I booked this condo for a family trip. The unit said it sleeps 10 people. We had 10 people in our group. The week before we were to arrive I sent several messages to the host asking about the sleeping arrangements. I only counted 8 spots to sleep but condo said it slept 10. The host told me that they only counted 8 too. They would reach out to property manager for clarification. I didn’t hear back from the host so I sent multiple message. Finally the day before check in after sending multiple messages they said the couch can be put together into a queen bed. This is definitely not a couch that is supposed to be put together. This would require us to rearrange several pieces of furniture plus there is a big crack down the middle. I would never expect anyone to sleep on that. We had to go out and buy air mattresses for 2 people. I noticed after I complained they now updated the listing to sleeping for 8 people. I wish we would have known that before booking. That was very disappointing for 2 people

A great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated, and seemed to be newly remodeled. It was more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Check-in was super easy. We had a couple very minor things that needed to be addressed upon arrival and they sent someone to fix it asap and even checked with us afterwards to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. The best thing about the condo? The ice machine!! I almost cried when I saw it. No running to the store every morning for bags of ice to fill our cooler. I would definitely recommend this condo and hope to book it again for next year.
