This lovely coastal home is a brand-new build with a beautiful enclosed yard! The perfect size to host your next family vacation, gather together and escape to the sun, surf, and sand.

Inside, the open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen unite perfectly. When you aren't testing out the area's local fare, don your chef's hat and whip up something tasty amongst the stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops in the full kitchen. When you're ready to eat, dine at the breakfast bar, at the quaint dining table, or alfresco on the patio.

The sunny living room comes complete with soft seating and a large TV - perfect for family movie nights!

The bedrooms are equally bright and spacious with their soft linens, tasteful beach-themed decorations, and central air-conditioning. The home's private washer/dryer rounds out the stellar interior perks.

Outside the perks only continue! Enjoy the pleasant Florida weather while barbecuing on the provided gas grill, or simply sit and visit with your loved ones while sipping on your favorite tropical beverages.
During your stay, get out and explore the Five Flags Speedway, the Marcus Pointe Golf Club, Splash City Adventures, Downtown Pensacola, and of course, the beach!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Home away from home

The house was amazing and so much more than we expected. Lots of room for us and our 3 adult children! It was clean and felt like it was brand new. The manager/owner contacted us with their phone number in case there were any issues (which there were not). It was nice to have that just in case. There were q-tips and cotton balls in the bathroom and creamer, coffee, and coffee filters in the kitchen. These things were wonderful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
