Sitting directly on the shores of Perdido Key is this bright vacation rental. A large balcony is the showstopper of this condo, offering panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico below. It can be accessed from the main bedroom and the living area.

Features include a well-equipped kitchen with a wet bar and a large commercial grade front-loading washer/dryer. There is also a storage closet located outside the front door for storing beach and pool supplies.

The primary suite has a king bed and a smart TV for Netflix streaming. The second bedroom offers two double beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a full bath in the hallway for additional convenience and a Pack 'n Play for those traveling with little ones.

Palacio has two Gulf-front pools and a hot tub, along with a fitness center that also overlooks the water. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.

Nearby restaurants include The Jellyfish, Crab Trap, and Flora-Bama Yacht Club. Across the Alabama line and into Orange Beach is a variety of attractions, including The Wharf, Hangout, and Gulf State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

View and location is great!

Nice condo and the view from the balcony is great. The location in Perdido Key worked out really well. Close enough to explore Pensacola and its beaches, as well as the opposite side of Orange Beach and Florabama.

Excellent Family Vacation

Loved it! Access to the beach was great. Didn’t know all the amenities so there was some missed opportunities because of planning. Pools were great! Kids loved the friendly atmosphere and the adults loved the relaxation. My only complaint was the dryer wouldn’t dry our clothes, beyond that everything was more than excellent.

We are frequent flyers to the Mirmar Beach area but our daughter had Nationals for dance at the Bay Center this past week. We decided on Perdido Key for a little bit of a quieter experience and it was wonderful! The unit was clean and had plenty of space for all of us. Location to was amazing and nothing beats a direct view of the water!

Amazing Laid-back Beach Vacation

Everything was amazing decor and all. The only complaint I have is that there were a few scratches on the dining room table and dresser in the master bedroom, also there wasn't enough hot water to fill the jacuzzi tub.

Decorated beautifully and roomy! Loved it and would stay in this condo again. Only complaint was washed had an odor and dryer kept shutting off without clothes being dry. But other than that a great stay!

Great place with minor problems

The good…the place was clean and spacious. It has an amazing view from the balcony. The 2 big pools were nice and big and warm. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that it came with free beach chair and umbrella rental for our stay. The unit also came with convenient things such as small amounts of dish and laundry soap, toilet paper, and paper towels to get through the first day or two. The bad….hot tub not working and I couldn’t get anyone from Vacasa to respond to emails. There were lights out in master closet and master vanity that made it impossible to see. There was very little room for luggage and clothes in the double bedroom. At times there are long waits at elevator and one kept breaking down. Nearby parking is limited for those that have mobility issues. Overall it is a nice place. If we ever came back to Perdido Island we would stay again. However, we will likely not be back due to loving Fort Walton Beach so much.

Such a beautiful condo. Views are breath taking! Just as described. Was called by renters after we arrived to make sure everything was ok and then in middle of stay to make sure it was still alright. This place was clean and very well cared for. Will def be coming back to this one

Great condo!

Palacio 1005 was spacious and had everything we needed! It was so clean and fresh smelling when we walked in! The couch was a favorite as it had room for everyone! Beautiful view and comfy furniture on the balcony! Thanks for a great stay! We’ve used Vacasa several years in a row and they are a top notch rental agency!

Very Nice Condo

The condo was very clean and was everything our family of 8 needed. Kitchen was nicely stocked with basic utensils, plates, pots and pans. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. Pleasant surprise when we went to the beach…the owners had an umbrella and chairs already reserved for us! Definitely will be back

Highly recommend!

The condo had gorgeous views. The location was perfect and just across the street from shopping, food, and snow cones. It was super easy to get to the beach. The beach service was super, be sure and check in with them as soon as you arrive to get closer to the water. The balcony furniture was super comfortable, that’s where we spent most of our time. The property manager was great, making sure our checkin process went ok and that the condo was in good condition. Just make sure your parking pass is visible at all times. I recommend moving your car while returning the parking pass because we got a sticker notice in the short time it took to return it. Other than that, no complaints. Don’t hesitate with this condo, we can’t wait to go again.
