Light and Airy Cottage just 3 min from historic Downtown and 12 min to the World's Whitest Beaches! This home is completely updated, including the addition of a tank-less water heater! If you are travelling with a house trained fur-baby he/she can be accommodated for a small cleaning fee of $50 for 1 pet or $65 for 2 pets.

Great Stay

I stayed at this property for over a month, and it was wonderful. The location was ideal, right in the center of everything. The host provided enough toiletries to last my entire stay and was always quick to respond and accommodated all my requests. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Cottage

This cottage was perfect for our first trip to Pensacola. Location downtown allowed us to walk to several restaurants & parks. Home was clean and felt like home. Host provided many extraa and communication was top notch!

Nice place to stay

The place was great we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing we did not like was the toilet seats are very low almost like toddler toilet. Hard on older folks not used to the low seat.

Beautiful convenient

I enjoyed my stay. It is a beautiful well done cottage. I really liked the fenced ln yard sunce i had my small dig with me. The BIG problem was the fact i had trouble getting info to access the cottage ie the lock & address. Could not get in touch with anyone ended up having to stay at a hotel the first night. Othanthat it wablem
