This is a lovely neighborhood nestled alongside historic downtown and a quick drive to the beach.



There are tons of restaurants, shops, museums and things to do all within a quick walk or easy drive. Hop on a scooter to get around quickly or enjoy a leisurely stroll among the mossy live oaks.

0.1 miles: Joe Patti’s: World famous seafood market featuring fresh seafood, a sushi bar, a dessert bar with cakes coffee and ice cream, a deli, a wine shop and more.

0.1 miles: J.W. Renfroe Pecan Co. has a fabulous assortment of nuts, treats, and a gift shop.

0.3 miles: Corrine Jones Park. Great playground and paved walking trail.

0.3 miles: Bruce Beach with kayak and boat launch access, picnic tables, and a little sandy waterfront area to relax

0.4 miles: Nick‘s Boathouse. Seafood and American style restaurant with a great patio and beautiful ocean front views.

We are walking distance to many things. Also, Uber Lyft and taxis easily available.



Electric bikes/scooters available downtown and they are often available 5 minute walk from the house across from Wahoo Stadium on Main St.



We provide a starter pack of supplies for your stay. It includes two trash bags, two dishwashing pods, two laundry pods, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plenty of dish soap, cleaning spray, shampoo and body wash, as well as kitchen and dish towels.



Two car max in driveway with potential for extra street parking nearby. Six guests max at any time unless prior approval.



On-site gas grill. If propane runs out, please note we may not be able to replace it during your stay. You are welcome to replace it and send us a receipt to reimburse you for the new propane tank.



Our sole TV (located in living room) is a smart TV with streaming options available with your login. We do not have cable.



Potential for noise with with street traffic nearby. We have a sound machine and large fan in master bedroom to help reduce noise.



There is a $250 security deposit required and will be done as a credit card hold or pre-authorization 2 days prior to your arrival.

Pensacola Stay

This was a new comfy home. We enjoyed our stay. The only downside was there was some construction going on nearby that tried to mess with our serenity as it's close to the harbor, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Just what we were looking for!

Our short visit to Pensacola to visit family, catch a Wahoos game, beach time and good food and drink were all easily accessible here! Cleanliness is top priority for me and this was easily met. We enjoyed our short stay and when we are looking again to visit Pensacola, we will be sure to contact Naomi!

Fabulous stay in Pensacola

We had a great time staying here in Pensacola. Loved the location. Short walk downtown (dining, shops, farmers market) and centrally located for our short drives elsewhere. The house was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. We all loved having our own bathrooms. Host was quick to respond and even checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. Lovely front porch (upstairs and downstairs) Comfy beds, too! I would highly recommend staying here :)

Property was as described. Had all we needed! Clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Amazing to have own bathroom in each bedroom. Neighbors partied till 5am on Saturday night which was annoying, but no fault of owner. Thanks for a great stay in Pensacola!

Great house 3bed 3 1/2bathroom, had a few things for kids, we had our grandson who just turned 2 and he loved it, great location downtown, was close to anything we wanted to do. I seen people talking bad about the view, this location is not on the beach so i didnt expect a beach view, but the giant flag across the street at Poe Patti's was worth the view. Host was great sent me messages leting me know the internet was down in the area, and got back to me very quick with any questions i had. Would stay again with family or friends.

Nice but noisy

House is exactly as described and seen in the pictures. Very clean and almost everything you need. Minimal furniture and modern in nature, so don’t expect larger furniture to put away your clothes. However does have suitcase stands. We knew this was directly on Main St when booking, which can be a busier road. However we felt there would be better noise proofing. We all had to purchase ear plugs to be able to sleep at night, especially if you are in the main bedroom upstairs. Just be aware if you are a lighter sleeper. Otherwise, great location and very clean.

The home was lovely and clean. We enjoyed that the living room had plenty of seating for several people to enjoy - so many do not! The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of space. The location is great! Right across the street from Joe Patti’s and a few minutes drive from just about everything in Pensacola.

Spring Break, 2025

We had a wonderful family spring break staying at this property in Pensacola! The house was perfect for our family with the three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms! Having an ample kitchen and a washer/dryer made things smooth. We could easily walk downtown to shops, and we were a quick ride away from public tennis courts. We thoroughly enjoyed our trips out to Opal Beach.

The location of the home was great! I have two young boys and there was a park right down the street that they loved! Joe Patti’s was amazing, we were able to get some steamed crab legs from there and walk right over to the house and eat them. The beach was only 15 minutes away so it was really easy to enjoy and still get my kids back for a nap. The hosts were awesome and left a lot of details in the binder with places to eat and enjoy which helped us plan better while we were there. The house had everything we needed for our family!

Great space!

This is overall a great space! We were in town for a competition and just needed a space to crash for 1 night. The house was super clean and very cute! With 3 bedrooms and full bathrooms in each room it was perfect for couples! Comfy beds made for a good night rest! 10/10 recommend this house! We will definitely be booking this home in the fall for our next competition.

We enjoyed our stay .... house was exceptionally clean with 3 bedrooms and on suites for each bedroom. Beds were comfortable with large closets. Great communication and very quick, timely responses from homeowner. Super close to downtown, restaurants and pubs.

Fantastic getaway!

Me and my friends took a weekend off to just hang out, watch college football, and catch up. The house was very clean and everything worked perfectly. All the rooms were very spacious and you could tell this place is well taken care of. 100% recommend staying here.

New, clean, roomy, and wonderful host!

This property is super clean and roomy. We loved all of the separate bathrooms and well-spaced kitchen. Everything we needed during our evacuation from Hurricane Helene was provided. The host was quick with responses and the property was a great deal. Some minor things to keep in mind are that the property is on a main road, therefore traffic can be constantly heard. The living room furniture was nice but a tad low for average height to tall people. These minor things did not affect our overall rating.
