Ground floor condo with walk out access to docks, fishing piers and pool

  • This 3 bedroom, (king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds) 2 bath condo on Ole River in Perdido Key, FL is part of the Shipwatch Surf and Yacht Club. Shipwatch Condos are located on the Florida and Alabama line, less than a mile from the famous Flora-Bama Lounge and Oyster Bar. This ground floor condo offers the best of all worlds for families of all sizes. Access to the pool, fishing off the docs are right outside the back patio. Dedicated access to the beach and a second pool are right across the street. Washer and dryer included.

    Guests are not allowed to bring boats or jet skis at this time.

    Check in information will be sent to you the day before arrival. Please check the email you used to book your stay. It is your responsibility to register and pay for your vehicle(s). No more than two vehicles allowed per unit.
