Pub-height balcony furniture allows for better dolphin viewing. Separate access to the private, expansive balcony from both the great room and the bedroom. The unit has been upgraded with granite countertops throughout, with Smart Tv's including a Sonos sound bar with 55 inch TV in the living room perfect for a movie night! A large living room gives a welcoming place to relax following a busy day at Eden's beach, spa, or pools. There is a king size bed in the bedroom with a Smart TV perfect for streaming your favorite shows. This unit has a walk in tiled shower, full sized washer and dryer in unit and Keurig coffee maker. This property has an ice maker at the bar area and offers Cox Cable and free WiFi. This unit is a NON Smoking unit, in or outside of the unit.
