One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure the stay was excellent. Front desk personnel were exceptional. It’s with an easy walking distance of Palafox Street with all the restaurants and bars. We were there for a Saenger Theater concert and this hotel is perfect for that.
